I don't know what happened here. I have been coming for years to this bdubs specifically. Staff has become uncaring and unprofessional. Management doesn't have time to speak to you when there is a reasonable problem. They stop taking orders online & or over the phone when they get busy, and lock the doors early to close quicker. Definitely sad to see.
Wings were okay. Nothing terrible but nothing that would make me crave them. My biggest issue was how extremely loud a few customers were while watching sports. They were screaming to the top of their lungs and carrying on so much that we couldn't even speak to each other at our table because we couldn't hear. All the other customers around them had the same look on their face as we did. Wish staff would've said something.
The wings and salad were great and the beer was ice cold! Our waitress was on point with taking care of us too! So all around it was an awesome time!
Food was hot and tasty. Customer experience was somewhat lacking. It was after 9 pm and the waitress seemed not happy to be working. I understand how hard it must be to keep a smile and stay positive when dealing with the public. Make sure to take care of the people that wait and care for you.
For a wing place the bone in wings were terrible! They were chewy and fatty They were also cold. I think the poured cold sauce over them. I've had better wings in my little home town. The only reason I rated 2 stars is for the waitress. She was great ?
Walked in at 9:02 with a carseat and kiddo in tow and was denied a table in the dining area because the "dining area just closed at 9." There were diners in the dining area, literally steps away from the high tops they wanted us to sit at WITH A CARSEAT. Ridiculous!!! Just drove over 30 minutes to get here with our kids. Will never be back.
I've been going to this location for well over 10 years. I can only think of one time where it was a bad experience, and that was only because the salsa was EXTREMELY too hot. The waitstaff is always friendly and the food is good.
The food was delivered quickly and even though it was football Sunday the wait staff was able to clear tables quickly and keep the line moving. The food was good and our waitress was kind.
Did not have traditional wings only boneless.
The very best in courtesy an service, awesome crew and a great time, all the nfl games were on and NO bad seats in the house.Dave LeliILM NC
