I started off with trading for myself but i noticed the huge difference in profits earned while i worked with an expert. With $500 I earned $6,000 in 7 days of trade. MRS SOPHIA JAMES is the only one i can easily recommend. Her Email: [email protected] WhatsApp no: +17075598033

Horrible customer service!! Paid for 2 hours; 5 people could have easily gotten 3 games in. Nope couldn’t even finish 2 games!! Where the hell they do that at? Lane 20s balls kept getting stuck, would not return after the 5th person bowled. 7+ times had to send someone back for ball returns. 1 time the pins wouldn’t reset correctly fly and technician had to go fix it…. Do you Think we were comped for any of this time? Nope instead “the women” who i guess was in charge wanted to cop an attitude, say well maybe if y’all were bowlers you would know this is normal…. This is not normal but let me show you the strike miss “maybe if you were bowlers” the best part was when the balls got stuck again and the technician came in and came over to apologize saying this issue has been going on since LAST NIGHT! but she wasn’t there and didn’t know about the issue but had everything to do with the heavy ball as i had said was when the balls were getting stuck… do you think she ever came back to apologize for her being wrong? ??? that would have her having to swallow her pride. Don’t worry we won’t be back.. shipyard has wayyyyy better customer service just decided to try somewhere closer to home ??

Great place to shoot pool and awesome food and service.

Terrible experience. My friend ordered two drinks and went to get a third. However, the same bartender (that had served her twice already) now claimed that the ID was fake and that we would need to call the cops to get it back. We did just that, however while talking to the police officers over the phone the bartend attempted to grab the phone from another one of my friends hands saying "tell them it's the bartender at break time". While we were waiting for the police to arrive the bartender showed several patrons my friends ID and tried to explain to them why it was fake. Incredibly unprofessional. Eventually the police showed up and explained that the ID was indeed REAL. The only thing the bartender had to say for himself was one word "sorry", nothing else. Disrespectful and should be let go. Go to break time at your own risk, you may not see your ID again.

After checking my ID and serving me 2 drinks the bartender decided to check my ID again and then claimed it was fake. Refused to give me my ID back and even showed it to multiple guest explaining how it was fake. He made me call the cops, but advised me not to because he said I would get charges for having a fake. After the Cops showed up and proved my ID was real all he has to say was “sorry”. Highly do not recommend this place for pool or drinks. Very unprofessional.

Great hang out spot to shoot some pool. There's a bar in breaktime and a bowling alley connected to it too.

We come here as a car group every Friday night, and it's a blast.

I made a boneheaded mistake. I’ve gone to break time for more than 10 years and on every occasion, I’ve brought friends. Not that I’m anything special, I say that just to illustrate a point.I made a mistake and found an old gift card. $25! Went online and checked to make sure it still had money, and it was all there. Sweet! My mistake was that the gift card was (according to whoever I spoke with) “at least 6 years old..” “Because look at this logo on the card. its from the old owners.”So.. If you’re the owner, what do you do when you encounter this situation? Do you side on making the customer fork over $14? or do you accept the gift card and explain it to them so that they can have a pleasant experience? Law vs. Grace. Well… they chose to end the 10+ year running relationship with the customer. Over $14. Yea, I should've known, its silly to bring an old gift card in, I could've asked beforehand... But the principles, integrity, and ethics (or lack of) is what bothers me. Yes, the new owners have every excuse to point the finger at the previous owners and wash their hands of all responsibility... but that happens only by diminishing the VALUE of the relationship with the customer. I feel we are at a point in time where relationships are more valuable than revenue. Relationships IS revenue. Relationships carry you through pandemics... Anyways. Just my recent encounter that I needed to get out.Its also funny how the owner only replies to 5 star comments and totally ignores the customers who have bad experiences, never offering apologies nor trying to right the wrongs. #PrinciplesMatters.

This place was our go to from out of town.We will NEVER come back after how tonight was handled from the staff / ownership.Violence is apparently acceptable and welcomed.Good luck if you visit this establishment…..

Fun place, good food and good drinks
