My family and I started a new family tradition at breakthrough nutrition, it was a great time. We all got shakes or a tea and just sat there and talked. We got to catch up after not seeing each other for a while. My one daughter lives in Charlotte so we don't get much time together. We had such a great time, it felt like it was we all got a chance to reset for a long week ahead. We will be meeting up there again. Thanks for the good time.
Nick and Blair are rockstar, they are always in a good mood and friendly. They make shakes and teas very quickly so there is not much of a wait. They have a system down that is great. If you haven't gone there you need to, you will return again and again.
I've been there twice now after this place was recommended to me and their shakes are absolutely delicious. The guy working behind the bar is very friendly and makes fantastic drinks. I also enjoy the tea that comes with the shakes.

This is a great place to come after a workout or just when you need a caffeine pick-me-up. The staff are incredibly friendly, the menu is delicious, and I’ve never been disappointed here!
