I went by the store on Friday to see about making a big order for Easter. I was told to call Sunday morning. So I call this morning and I’m told that I should have called yesterday because they just can’t accommodate me now. I understand there are only certain amounts of goods to be sold, but I really should have been told that when I first went by. Especially because I went there early to specifically ask what I needed to do to make sure I had what I needed for my get together on Easter Sunday!
This Bojangles is terrible. I've been twice now and the employees are rude. The chicken strips were overcooked, my parents could not eat. They were very small too. Also mashed potatoes with NO gravy. OMGs. What is going on here?Waited what seamed like forever at the window. Lady just stood there. My overcooked chicken and no gravy were just sitting there.
Got to this restaurant and was 3rd in line for drive through for them to have not even taken the orders from the 2 cars infront of us for 15 minutes meanwhile employees are walking in and out of the back door, when we finally got to the menu to order they then informed us it'd be another 8 minutes for borounds which I declined at the time bc I didn't want to wait even more time but by the time I got to the window we waited another 10 minutes for them to even take our money much less to give us our food, luckily our order was atleast correct and we didn't have to wait for them to redo it. This restaurant under previous management was run very well and under the last year or so has taken a steady decline weather due to current management, loss or lack of employees or just that the employees don't care corporate needs to adress this before customers decide to take their money elseware
First we waited a long time to be waited on AND we waited a long time for food. Fries were lukewarm when we got them. Dining room was dirty and floor dirty. The bathroom had a roach on the floor and both toilets needed flushing. Toilet Paper was on floor and no paper towels to dry your hands. All staff were in no hurry to get orders done. A real disappointment because we are normally at Bojangles in Dunn, NC which always in tip top shape!
For the third time in a row my simple order was wrong. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and got a sausage biscuit that seemed to be made 4 hours earlier. The girl at the drive thru obviously did not want to be working there and you should help her with that.
4out of 5 trips there I assure you they will mess up your order. And don't expect anyone except the manager to even attempt to be pleasant with you. THE WORST...
Food is really hit or miss. Thismorning around 9am I went through the drive through and ordered a steak biscuit and another biscuit for my wife. By the time I got home (15 minutes away) I realized instead of a steak biscuit I was given a sausage biscuit. No big deal right? Opened it and the biscuit was cut almost completely diagonally and in, no lie, 10 different pieces. Like crumbs of a biscuit. Tried to eat the pile of crumbs and sausage only to realize the sausage was probably the most disgusting, cold, stale piece of meat I’d ever had. Go back and get another one? Nope it’s time to go to work. Guess no breakfast for me today. Sad.
After a 28 minute wait in the drive thru, half my order was missing. We got the mixed 20pc and they didn't give us the chicken on the bone.
Order was right and fresh!! Thank you folks for working so hard with the shortage of help. Happy Holidays!!
Hard biscuits, cold food, long lines, slow workers. It's terrible
