The worst bojangles!! do not recommendwaited in line for 20 minutes and no one took our order. as we stood there they were giving people free food while we were patiently waiting. none of the workers said a word to us the whole time.
The food was great but the staff are fantastic!
Every single time I go here after 8pm (when they close at 10pm) there is NO bone in chicken! I've gone as early as 7pm and they tell me I can't order more then one 3 piece meal. I'm not sure how a chicken place can not have chicken when there is so much time before they close.
Horrible service today. After ordering, cashier stiffed me for a Nickel stating "I am out of Nickels". Always siding with the customer she should have rounded change back to me up to next higher amount. $ 1.70 in change instead of $ 1.61 in change. Then the wait. Even the staff was disoriented. Not working together, no one in charge. Four people behind my order received their food while I waited on mine. Then the food, ordered food to dine inside and was in to go box. Ordered water no ice and was not given a cup. After starting to eat. Found my chicken wing was the smallest wing that I have ever seen, even smaller than a Cornish Game Hen wing. Maybe a Sparrow has a bigger wing. Barely larger than a Quarter. Then in disgust started looking around an found tables dirty , not a very comforting store. Poor way to serve pretty good tasting chicken.
When everything is up and running, no complaints. I've been several times when things like the fryer stopped working, or the register/system was down, or other issues to where they couldn't sell you food.
Awe Man. It was so so good. They're GM served me and she was as sweet as can be. Servers were friendly honestly they seemed happy to be there. I'm sure it helps when you've got a caring GM as they do. Solid place and clean. Enjoyed it.
A for Effort. Biscuits were perfect, chicken was good, everything else was not ... but they were working their tails off, so the Work Ethic Curve lifts it a couple stars.
It is what it is. Overly fried chicken. Place is a little run down looking, wouldn't recommend sitting in as it feels a bit dirty. But it does the job if all you wanna do is fill a hole. Food tasted better than KFC at least it wasn't greasy but there were no chips left which I thought was a bit rubbish but I'm glad I never ate much there now. The toilet is also pretty disgusting.
This is the third time I went to Bojangles and asked for barbecue sauce but this time before I left I looked in bag and no sauce just like the other times. So I asked for barbecue sauce. The girl at window said we are out. If they are out don't you think they should let you know? I then asked for the bo sauce and she threw it in the bag and got an attitude. When I got to the hotel their was no coleslaw and I was supposed to have grilled chicken but it was friend chicken. This kids working do not care or take pride any work. I am done going to Bojangles!!! Here we come Raisen Canes which is way better. If no canes around I will be going to KFC.
Disgusting! Horrible service, and major attitudes! Was told to pull up for 2 mins to wait for the steak for the steak biscuit, 5 mins later they come out with a cold egg and cheese! No steak!! Cold bo rounds. Never again!
