10:44am and the lady yells over the drive through window “our store is closed”. When will this place shut down because they seem to be closed a lot more than being open. Joke of a place lol.
Super slow service. The kitchen was entirely overwhelmed. The cashier lady was not very friendly, but the bagger was. I waited for 30 minutes for a chicken biscuit and bo-rounds. Better management could turn this around.
Chicken was extra spicy today! Absolutely delicious. I'm also pleased with the customer service. The cashier was very patient and helpful with my 80 year old mother in law. Great job!
Good food but my order was wrong to the point I thought I was given the wrong order. My 20 piece order was mostly wings. I would not return. I complained to Bojangles corporate via website, interested to see if they respond.
Got the 2 sausage and egg for $4.00. great deal great food. Fast service cooked to order.
The manager working tonight at close has the most patience I've seen in a long time. The customer behind me was indecisive at best and difficult at 20 mins to closing. The manager was kind, respectful ans did her best to help them. Everyone is always friendly and the customer service is great but tonight she deserves a medal! ♥️
This is for the bojangles on market in Ogden.Waiting in line, they are very unorganized. Asked me twice what my order was at the window, 15mins later they asked me to pull up to wait. Watched inside-4 people working the drive thru none of them actually doing anything except milling around. Someone needs to get this store whipped into shape.
Came through the drive through around 10am and they were incredibly short and rude while taking the order. Wasn't even a line. I asked for a moment to think on my order and the person taking the order kept rushing me through it
Nothing, but NOTHING beats their biscuits! Being unfamiliar with how Bojangles puts their breakfast sandwiches together, I didn't realize if you bought a "sausage" biscuit, you only got a slice of sausage on one of their fabulous biscuits...no egg...no cheese. Make sure you order the whole deal. Definitely a step above your normal "fast food" breakfast.
Unfortunately, I don't really have any photos to add for this place. It's a fast food restaurant with a dine in and drive thru option. It takes a bit of time to digest the menu because there's so many options to choose from. But if there's one thing that I crave for at this place, it's their Bo's spicy chicken sandwich. Now, I've had McDonald's, Zaxbys, Popeyes, ChikfilA, and KFC's chicken Sandwich. They're very much the same, fried Chicken breast with mayo and pickle with warm buns. But Bojangles has got to be the my most favorite one. Not because of the taste but because it is compatible to Popeyes and ChikfilA. But the drive thru line is hella fast.4 star for convenience and deliciousness. :)
