Crazy fast speed there is not. Blaze is a misnomer. Waited for 15 minutes for service with only 1 person ahead of us before we decided to leave. Background: Went here with my family. Stood in line for 10 minutes with just one person ahead of us. There must have been online orders because multiple pizzas were being made by staff. We finally got some service and the lady took our orders for what pizza dough we wanted. She then proceeds to ignore us for the next 5 minutes, making other pizzas with no other customers around and disappearing for stretches of time in the back. I guess more online orders. I continue standing there with my increasingly upset family, waiting to actually get some service or even just an acknowledgment from the two staff. Not a "sorry for the wait" or any type of friendly explanation for the delay. I made the decision to leave after waiting for 15 minutes total in front of the counter, without any of our orders being made. This was around 2:45 pm. It was obvious the staff had 0 concern about losing customers. They appeared bored and detached. We went to Slice of Life pizza instead and were treated better. They have good pizza too. I'm sure owners and managers at Blaze care but these two staff clearly did not. Upsetting experience. 9/10 would not recommend.

First time at this location and will definitely be back! Pizza was great, it just needed another minute or two in the fire to make it more crispy and less soft. Friendly staff and clean restaurant.
Staff turned us down at 7:58 :( we just wanted a cheese pizza to go for our daughter and we couldn't get one foot in the door before they said sorry we close at 8. The door was unlocked, sign on, and they were still standing around while another worker continued to bring patio chairs inside.
The employees at this location are an amazing example of what customer service should be! Thank you for such great service and great food!
The food is always great and the people are always nice. Try the pesto cheesy bread! It's amazing.

First time here was during the Pi day promotion so it was SUPER busy. Nonetheless, service was prompt and it was fun watching my pizza being cooked. I will definitely go here again!
Good price, very helpful, excellent at customizing your pizza, usually not horribly busy so not much of a wait!
What a great concept, everyone in your family gets an individual fresh pizza, fire baked, and you pick what you want on it, in line, then made to order! Genius! Update, years later, still perfection. Food always fresh, crisp and excellent.
