The take out service was friendly. I had great expectations for this restaurant, unfortunately I was very disappointed. Ordered beef and broccoli $14.00 among other dishes. I so insulated/ disappointed with the quality of this particular dish that I returned it and brought to manager's attention.I can not believe that anymore knowingly would serve anyone anything like what I got.The beef was unchewable, no flavor what so ever, a lot of what looked like jar garlic the sauce was a gray looking watery liquid. They offered to make me a new order, after saying "We can not give you a refund"i declined the offer. I did not expect it a refund.I hope my review helps you improve the quality of what you serve.

We tried Big Thai twice, hoping the 2nd time would be better. Now we know to skip it.Ordered Pad thai & Pad see ew, pretty standard staples, that lacked any flavor or spice. I have had better instant Thai from the grocery store.

Went in for dinner. Ordered the papaya salad (som-tum) to see how spicy it is; the num-tuk and chicken pad prik. The papaya salad was not spicy at all; the bun-tuk and pad prik had some heat to them. Service was okay:

I've eaten here for years and the quality has gone down over the past year. Based on responses the staffing has been an issue, but why would you serve rotten avocado? What else is rotten? The past two meals have been inedible.I would recommend going to Indochine if you want a quality meal.

I would give zero stars… poor service. I had to go to the hostess and request my server come to my table because we got tired of waiting. The Thai ice tea had too much sugar. All the food poorly prepared. Not authentic Thai. There were no basil in the dishes that was supposed to have basil. Chicken was undercooked. My wire got a piece of wire from the twist tie that’s used to tie vegetables in bunches in her meal… no one there for us to complain to… all round bad experience.

Amazing. We got there right at 5pm when they opened back up for dinner. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and willing to answer any question we had. I got a Mild Chicken Curry and my mom got the Chicken Pad Thai. They were both so good and delicious. We are definitely going there again as soon as possible. Highly recommend this place if you love Thai food or just wanting to try something new.

We shared four dishes: Pad Thai, fried rice, mixed veggies, and ginger veggies. First two get 5 stars, last two get 3 stars. Get the veggies with another dish such as Pad Thai.

My family and I were at the beach for the weekend and tried Big Thai. My husband is Thai so good authentic Thai food can be hard to find. We ordered Larb appetizer and it was bursting with flavor. For our main dishes we ordered crispy duck, shrimp and scallops in red curry and spicy fried rice. All three were delicious. The wait staff worked seamlessly to meet the needs of all in the restaurant and their teamwork is one reason the service was so good. We will be returning here when we are in town again.

I am stuffed from lunch! Big Thai has a nice lunch special menu with eight selections (in addition to their regular lunch menu). I selected the Chicken Noodle Bowl with steamed noodles, vegetables, and bean sprouts in a peanut curry sauce. Instead of the salad with ginger sauce, I opted for the tofu coconut soup. I also ordered the vegetable spring rolls for an appetizer (although after getting my entrée, I should have skipped the rolls). I was quite surprised to get four of them, rather than the usual two that other restaurants typically serve. Starting with the tofu coconut soup: Not overly thick in the sauce, but light and pleasant with the flavors of coconut, cilantro, and lemon. The spring rolls were crunchy and very hot on the inside. I do prefer a springroll with pork, but they were fine. I saved two to bring home. The noodle bowl came out. I was shocked at the size of the bowl and I wasn’t expecting it to be a soup dish. It could feed four people! Well, the noodles and soup part. The chicken was plenty for one person. I loved the flavors of the peanut curry sauce and along with the thinly sliced ginger, but it was a little too sweet for me. The menu stated “vegetables” but there were none that I could find. This dish definitely needs vegetables, such as broccoli, red bell peppers, and carrots. It was mostly noodles, which I liked, and the chicken was tender. The bean sprouts were hard to locate. But overall, a very tasty and filling dish. I had plenty to bring home for leftovers. Service by the young waitress, Songsaeng, was first-class. I do recommend this place for anyone that likes Thai food. For me, I’ll skip the sweet dishes and stick to savory.

Incredible food, good servers, and awesome owner!
