Pros: they have gluten free bagels that are pretty good, but they need to be heated to be enjoyed.Cons: They NEVER toast the bagel. I ask for triple toasted - I ask for the bagel to be warm. It’s ALWAYS cold and untoasted. This has happened for the past several months. It feels spiteful at this point.I also can’t recommend this place for people with celiac’s or wheat allergies. I’ve had crumbs from other bagels on mine quite often. My husband loves this place, though

Not just bad service… incredibly RUDE & NASTY staff. Actually yelled ‘Not My Problem’ to me when I tried to pick up an order. Go elsewhere… no food is good enough for being treated like this.*ADDED - You can see the nastiness just from the response & threats. Don’t support a business that treats people like this.

YES!!! If you like bagels… or general deli type sandwiches… look no farther. The menu is delicious and the seating spreads from inside to street side. Staff is friendly and fast and treated us nicely! We had a great experience and would highly recommend this establishment!!!

Opens at 7:30 am, good service and bagels.

I really enjoy BB as a whole. I look forward to my Jalapeño bagel everytime. I wouldn’t come here for coffee, that’s something that needs help if they want to compete with similar restaurants. Bagels always tasty; keeps me full nearly the whole day.

Got 2 bagels and a coffee for $20 something and on the bagel they forgot to add stuff and literally put 1 piece of bacon and a super thin sliver of egg. Almost all bread. Totally over paid for a skimp breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible! Two days in a row we door dashed from the downtown location and the orders were completely wrong. Mind you we order two bagels, one with cream cheese and one with butter. Receipts are correct on bag; how can that simple order be messed up TWICE!

I’ve never had such a bad experience at a restaurant. They are clearly, very understaffed and have been for over a year, but when you’re told they’re out of everything and no longer making omelettes or wraps when they’re in the midst of only making those things, it’s confusing, disappointing and hanger-inducing-especially having been a long time loyal customer. I left beach bagels and went to Bagels on Pointe-one block away, where I received excellent service and a delicious breakfast sandwich.

Ambivalent, snotty, and just plain pathetic staff. Made an online order, came in got told to tell the girl at the register I was here, I did…. And waited… and waited… walked over to the register and stood there for 5-10min , went sat by the pick up side and finally someone notices they have served everyone that came in before me and almost everyone after. “Whats your name, have you ordered”, I tell the oh so sweet bagel girl, “Yes I did 45min ago online and I have been waiting here 25+”. “Here” As she tosses my bag of cold breakfast on the bar and goes back to being the gem of the place…

Walked out. Waited way too long for not many people in front of me. When I get to register there’s a sign “sorry toaster broken” and a person ignoring me while they do something at register. Then walked away after I stood there for a solid 5 minutes . Another worker in passing just said “sorry” and kept moving. I had enough time to then talk to people behind me and discuss. If I owned/managed this place I’d be speeding to Walmart to buy toasters and then return to help the staff.
