They refused to release a door dash order to the dasher. Terrible policy, doordash should be notified of this policy that dashers need to have a bag so that they won’t send new dashers to this location. But because of negligence on their part the doordash drivers are penalized and could possibly loose their jobs if this isn’t corrected.
Beach bagels is the best! Love their dark roast coffee. And fresh bagels always! I recommend the "egg white done right" on an everything bagel - really tasty! Friendly staff. Give yourself a few extra minutes as they are short-staffed.
These people are so rude don’t bother. Don’t know how the food taste because I didn’t stay. The staff were cringy rude. Where is Customer Service anymore
If its after 9am don't expect to buy a dozen here. And the other on Oleander.3 times now in 3 visits at 9am. They save certain types for the sandwiches such as plain and everything. Really good begals but they dont want to risk making too much. Empire Begals in Ogden never deinies a dozen and usually makes enough to last the morning rush.
food is good, but virtually every time i go here something with my order is wrong. it is always something careless that could be avoided with a bit more attention to detail from the employees. disappointed with the service here.
This place is such a sh*t show. I ordered online at 9:34. My order said it would be ready to pick up at 10:19. I arrive about 10:20 and was completely ignored, as well as other customers at the pick up window, for about 15-20 min. They have multiple signs directing online order in different spots, so no one knows where to go. Ended up getting a refund. Oleander location

Cuban de Miami tasted like cumin and not much else. Fountain unit was out of 2 flavors and in need of cleaning/repair. Some staff members wore their masks under their noses.
I have heard so many amazing things about Beach Bagels, and my friends absolutely love their options!Unfortunately, after recently discovering that I have Celiac's Disease, it is difficult for me to find a bagel in the Wilmington area with a similar consistency of a those delicious NY bagels. The Gluten Free bagel that I tried at Beach Bagels was, personally, not the best quality I have ever had... it was quite dry, very hard, and grainy.The reason why I give Beach Bagels a 4/5 is because I know my family and my friends absolutely love this location, and we will always be back - but I do wish that there was a better Gluten Free option available.
Non-existent service! 6:50am, One other person (who was waiting for their bagel) and I in the place the entire time - I was glared at three times, then asked twice "you have a take-out" - "No, I'd like to order." - stood at the register for 8 minutes until one of the two employees behind the counter begrudgingly stepped up to the register - no words, just another glare. I was in the place 25 minutes just to get a mediocre egg bagel to go - barely made work on time. Similar experience twice before - 3 strikes!Will never return. Thankfully, there are better alternatives in town.
