We are new to this area and live almost 30 minutes away, but this is the closest location to us now. My daughter and I have always grabbed quarts of our favorite flavors from BR to take home and enjoy. Her flavor is not stocked in the freezer so we have to pay extra to have them prepare it, which is not an issue. My problem is that every time we have gotten it from this location, they are not giving us what we pay for. The quart cups are supposed to be filled to the brim. We have been cheated out of at least two quarts now with as often as we get this. We have never had this issue with any other BR.

Nasty customer service. Don't go to the one by Independence Mall. I used my debit card to pay for a cone but I got a cup by accident (my fault). I went back 2 weeks later to ask about my refund. The Asian owner (I found out) told me that she did everything she was supposed to do. Go to my bank! But, there is a way to speak to people. Horrible customer service AND THEY TAKE the tip money and split it with those poor kids. SHAME ON HER!! And I was a frequent customer. Never again!
I always get the same my favorite ice cream 2scoops in a cup of Nutty Coconut.What else do you expect from an island gurl ? It's creamy with lots of nuts and coconut flavor !!!

Ordered a cappucino blast( turtle flavored) and somehow almonds got mixed in. Im allergic to almonds so i didnt have a good reaction.
Two scoops in a waffle cone is a lot of ice cream. We had a BOGO coupon from a real estate mailing that wasn't authorized by B-R but they honored it anyway. Good ice cream, lots of flavors and really nice people. Thank you!
Ordered baseball nut ice cream, I was given cold mush. 2nd visit of disappointment in the last month. I won't be returning.
