My experience was good. My server, Sherese, was awesome. She was attentive and the food came out quickly.The rest of my side of the restaurant didnt have that great experience.2 tables left because after about 15 minutes no one came to help them.The hostess area is unattended and anyone waiting to be seated is stared at by the staff standing around.The manager had more interest in socializing than managing her inattentive, non team oriented team.It was tough to watch and it was so slow in there that you couldnt help but see all this.Again, Sherese was awesome but she cant serve everyone.
Unfortunately my first try at online ordering and curb side pickup didnt go well. I ordered and followed the instructions to park and my food would come right out to me. It indicated when it would be ready, after waiting an extra 25 mins I opened the link that was texted to me, it said that the order was no longer available. The server had come out and delivered two other orders, when he asked about my order indicating that there were no other orders waiting for pickup. So, I got out of my car and took my receipt, where I had ordered and paid online in. The original server met me half way and said that he had found my order, that it was sitting on a table inside, so it looks like that because there was no other order in the kitchen that they just canceled my order, and told me there was no order. They are lucky I didnt make inside I would have taken it up with the manager!
Placed an order for curbside delivery at 7:10 PM on Mother’s Day. You would think that if you place an order on the app that it would be ready for pickup on time or close to it. After waiting about an hour and a half the order was still not ready. Customer service was lacking and the manager could only offer to try and speed the kitchen up, which would likely increase mistakes that were already being made. Another car side pick up guest waited at least 30 minutes for her order to be wrong, so she had to wait an additional 45 minutes. I’ve had slightly poor service at this location before, but after this visit I will not be returning.
I say it’s okay because it’s not super pricey and there are a ton of options. My bf loves it here so I go to make him happy. I don’t like the burgers at all, but he enjoys the quesadilla burger. I just feel like there’s no flavor to them. The boneless wings and fries are good though!! The cocktails are super sweet so I would pass next time. Not much staff and it’s never really busy so you won’t have to wait for a table.
We loved our experience drove a hour and 15 min the food was terrific way more than we could eat special drinks was amazing and the prices was even better our waitress Kortney was wonderful and went over and beyond for us we definitely will be back. Thanks guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Asked waitress on 2/21/22 for another glass (plastic glasses) as the one served was chipped close to the lip. She returned with a plastic glass and we found as drinking that this glass also had the same chip. Passive aggressive waitress. The meal went down from here. Burgers were not cooked to order. Passive aggressive is not powerful just sad. All we wanted was a none chipped glass.
Simple place for simple food and a good time from budget friendly 2 for 25 meals to my favorite Quesadilla burger they have where you can get 6 wings for a dollar extra with it.Also recommend.
Love Applebee's. Went in tonight 12/18 with my grandsons for dinner. My steak was over cooked but it was still good. Our server Haley who totally rocks!! Offered to make it right but I ate it anyway (like I said it was still really good) So if you go ask for Haley .
We arrived and were seated at a booth. Only one other group at the booths and the server sat us right next to the only other guests their instead of any where else. Why not seat every other table until the restaurant gets full?? Also coming from the table next to us was the scent of ganga, a woman with her three loud children. Unbelievable. So we moved to the bar after almost 10 mim because we still had not givin oir drink order. At the bar we ordered drinks and oir meals. All was fine. Now, the restaurant was not busy, our meals took longer than expected but we were in no rush. My wings came first and they were great, then my whiskey burger but i only had a few bite. The whiskey sauce i was told was only bbq sauce not when the menu specified and also it did not say it came with swiss chees or i would have modified my order. The burger was cooked well but prepared sloppy. My friend and i both ordered french onion soup that we finially got after oir dinners arrived. It wasnt hot and tasted odd. It was sweet. And maybe not what i was used too but all around, this was a horrible experience when i haven't been to an Applebees in years. I hope this review helps others or the employees take there jobs more seriously.
Tried the bourbon chicken and shrimp, I was disappointed. The chicken was cooked good, was juicy and tender but the flavor was weak and needs worked on.
