I arrived to Zaxbys really wanting a salad. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to them closing. The drive thru line was quite long but as their closing time came and went, cars continued to move up and their orders taken. I waited 15 minutes in line just to be told they were closed. I told the girl I have been in line for 15 minutes to which she told me the car in front of me was the last car. As someone has worked in fast food before, I am pretty sure there are cameras at the drive thru line and as I had been sitting in line for quite some time, I’m confident they knew how long I had been there. Not once did anyone come out to tell anyone they were the last in line. I have been a fan of Zaxbys for years, but after tonight, perhaps I’m better off at Chick-fil-A. As they know the meaning of customer service and respect. There were other restaurants I could have gone to, that were closer to me. I made the decision to go out of my way, to sit in line for 15 minutes and have my time wasted, just to get turned away.
I have eaten at Durham Rd., Zaxbys regularly for the last year. I picked up two fried chicken salads for dinner last night. Both salads: the letus was warn and wilted, the tomatoes were over ripe and soggy, the cucumbers were also over ripe and slimy. I was highly disapointed $20.00 for two salads not up to par. Don't think the management were doing much about quality control. My next chicken salads at PDQ.
Staff was really friendly. The food was well prepared.
Never disappointed with this place! Salads are always fresh and full, the chicken is always crispy and delicious. The fries are crinkle cut, not my favorite, but I go for the chicken.
I visited the night before (around 7:15pm) but the line was really long (which means business is good☺). After waiting 8 mins & still 6 vehicles from placing my order, I decided to try another day. This time there was one vehicle ahead of me. My order was placed for their yummy Cobb Salad, & as per normal, it did NOT disappoint!! The employees at this location are always pleasant; the young lady who took my drive thru order was so kind & patient while answering my questions; Jason, who delivered my food to my car was such a cool, polite guy). Love this place!
Nice staff and good food, just a bit pricey.
This zaxby's always gets the order right, the staff is always ultra professional and kind and service is prompt and most importantly the food is always stellar. 10/10
-1.....Lunch time is HORRIBLE. Twice being over charged and today 5 whole fries. The manager says they weigh the fries. Do not go to this location for good service.

Went to go get food and it’s closed for construction. It should say it’s closed online. Don’t go!
