We purchased the 4 for $4 it was the cheeseburger which came with 4 chicken nuggets , fries and soda. Also I got the 4 for $5 Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, fries , 4 chicken nuggets and soda . A always get root beer no ice , 3/4 root beer and I have the key chain tag for free tiny frosty which I dump into the rootbeer to make a root beer float. Yum . Fast and friendly service . Food was delicious ? .

Waited nearly 30 minutes and didn’t even end up at the speaker box. Employee shortages suck, so I definitely understand that. Pay your employees more instead of overworking them and making them face angry customers. Felt so bad for the employees in there today.

Don't go here at night. Took forever to get the 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers, nuggets, and chicken sandwich. They didn't have any drinks but lemonade and then put bacon bits on my burger. It tasted like sand.Meanwhile, the workers in the window were having a discussion about "dropping more bacon" like they were scared to do it. Whatever manager has those people so scared to open more bacon while the restaurant is still open needs to stop.If you can't serve all the food, you need to take it off the menu or close earlier.The chicken nuggets were hard, dry, and cold. The one chicken sandwich we had to wait forever for was decent.

Guys and Gals, even before Covid, the issue has ALWAYS been staffing, or the lack thereof. The core staff has been there for 5-10+ years. Individually they are fast, the sandwich makers can average 3-5 sec on most sandwiches and that is made FRESH but getting it on the tray or in the bag can be the slow part. This is due to 2 reasons. Have you been to Starbucks? All you get there is coffee, tea and maybe a microwaved pastry, yet they have 8-10 employees doing 1-2 coffees per order. Really, I would kill for that type of staffing. But Wendy's (normally franchisees) won't got that far. When that store was a corporate store, BOTH drive thru lanes were open, now only one. Why do Wendy's have two pick up windows, but only use one. Wendy's has to do so much more than fix a cup of coffee! Honestly the menu has gotten too big. When Dave was around it was a simple menu, and Dave would throw in a special sandwich from time to time. (Like the SPICEY Chicken - Which became permanent thank the Lord!!) {ALL these other fast-food places are just putting on some fake sauce - they suck} But when Dave passed away, the new leadership thought they have to add more and more to the menu, it was a bad move. Dave would NEVER have a vanilla frosty. ------------------------ Anyway, until they refocus on making sure each store is staffed properly for the workload, you will always have issues. Instead of adding food, fix the staffing!!

Came during lunchtime on a Sunday. 3 cars in front of us and still sat for 20 minutes. They did make our burgers correctly, but the nuggets were cold and hard. The fries were cold and not cooked all the way. We ordered a small frosty and they only filled it up HALFWAY. When we were waiting for the food at the window we saw at least 3 employees on their phones, and at this point the line was around the building. Honestly it's obvious the employees don't care about their job so I'd recommend driving to the other Wendy's by Walmart and letting this one shut down.

This is the second time I’ve been at this location and my good has been wrong, cold and not good. I do not get it how you can be the only one in drive thru or only person at all and your good be cold and plain nasty. After the first time I said I wouldn’t be back but decided to give it another shot. But turns out this is going to keep happening I will not be back. Burgers should be hot and fries should be hot not cold and limp.

Today was the last time I go to this place. The time before this I sat at the speaker for 5+ mins before I left because no one was there. Today I waited for a couple mins and finally decided to leave. I would expect someone to say "I will be right with you" or something.It's been months and every location is suffering for workers. This place must be horrible to work for because every other fast food restaurant around here have been able to get back on track. This restaurant still seems to be working with only 2 people.

Stopped by to grab a bite yesterday but the experience was horrible! The girl was handling both money and food with no gloves. She was constantly touching her overhead microphone and serving food at the same time. I kindly reminded her to use gloves when she is handling food and she had the courage to tell me that gloves are not required at the position where she works!! Disgusting!! I will never go back there again!!

Fast drive through experience and orders are made right most of the time. Sometimes you may need to check your bags to make sure everything is in there.Staff is friendly and willing to accommodate most requests within reason.Mobile ordering is a huge plus here as some other fast food chains nearby don't have that option in Louisburg.
