Always good food and good service
Ella was our waitress and she was amazing! Highly recommend calling ahead with a crowd of people. Thanks Ella for a great experience.
Wait time was okay. We were seat (2) people and orders were taken around 2:55pm We received our food at 3:58pm. Food was not hot, it was lukewarm at best. Party of 6 was seated at the same time we were seated and received their appetizers and food and was leaving as we received our food. Waitress says she talked to the manager about what happened and she would speak with us about it. Manager never did come and when we received our check when received a 5 dollar discount for our trouble. Ask to speak to manager and manager informed us they don't normally give discount for problems on orders. In other words we don't matter as customers. We will not be going back there. How can a table of six get their appetizers, food and eat and leave under an hour and 2 people can't. This left us with negative vibes.
Went in to celebrate with my family. Had an amazing experience. The food was hot served quickly and cooked to perfection. Our server Megan was probably the best server we've had in a long time. She was on top of everything and yes they were busy. She had an excellent smile a took time to actually check on us not just drop stuff off and run.If you're heading to Texas ask for Megan!!
Every where I go and I have something to celebrate I always find me a Texas Roadhouse and celebrate there. I think this is one of my main favorite chain. And has expected, this location didn't disappoint. Super friendly and attentive staff! The food was perfect. And the margaritas hit the spot! I never get tired of this place!
Ordered curbside pick up yesterday. Ordered online and was instructed pick up time would be 8:00 pm. My wife went to get the food. It was a Saturday evening so I'm sure it was very busy but they didn't get the food out to her until 8:40 pm. I understand stuff happens but after my wife sat in her car for almost an hour, they didn't even offer to comp one of the appetizers for us! I will say that the food was good and the order was put together correctly, just be aware that if you order a take out meal on a busy night you may wait for a long time past when its scheduled to be finished.

Was mid afternoon, I hadn't eaten all day, and I was famished. Really wanting some red meat. Well...first the good: The bar area was very inviting, a zillion TVs for sports...and good courteous bartender. Also, the place was doing a very good job of keeping as many seats open even with staff shortage. And the service was very fast considering that. That's the good. The self inflicted wound? The large Prime rib was generous, cooked to the right temperature....BUT FOR SOME STUPID REASON HAD A VERY SMOKED TYPE SEASONING......it tasted like HAM. Nothing against ham, but it's foolish to hide the natural flavor of a prime cut with over seasoning...overly smokey. A Prime rib is not supposed to taste smokey. Very disappinted in this. C'mon guys....make your beef taste like BEEF. I tipped 25% or more anyway......servers were excellent.
As much as I looked forward to having a good steak and dinner, I was disappointed with the food.It was a Saturday night.They had slim pickings at the precut station.We had to wait over an hour for our reserved table.The bartender was having issues keeping up with a full house apparently, our drinks arrived well after our appetizers. Being aware of this, we ordered our next drinks with our dinner. Our second round arrived mid way through our dinner.All of our steaks were over cooked!Two of our sides came out like warm on hot plates!The good, our server was delightful and was on top of keeping us updated on the progress of our orders. Everything that she did was fantastic and she made sure that we were attended to.We had desert while awaiting the manager, they never arrived.We left with bellies full of average food, disappointed with the bar service, but we're very happy with the service and everything she could do.I recommend not visiting on a Saturday night. They don't seem able to handle the crowd satisfactorily.
Took the family in for dinner on Saturday and our server Laney was AMAZING! Never once did we need to ask for a single thing she anticipated all our needs including extra napkins for the kids refills on drinks and bread and asking when we ordered what condiments we would like and had them at the table before our food arrived. She listened and spoke directly to our kids (many servers usually turn to us for our kids orders), she made all of us laugh, while providing the best service we have ever experienced in a restaurant! And even though we could tell how extremely busy she and the restaurant were she made us feel as though she had all the time in the world for us even when spending extra time at our table meant seeing her hustle to do other tasks. The food was delicious as always but the service by far completely blew us away!! We look forward to coming back and asking for Laney!
