Just rating food ...plain plain plain! Pastar was dry, lengua was dry overall just lacking with flavor and I'm from Cali so I know what good tacos taste like. Yes there's hit a misses but this spot is a miss. Birria was plain, and consume is plain. For $3 a tacos for it to be this lackluster in flavor in the meat itself. Was hoping to leave NC on a good note, but nope....taco disappointed.

This is the Best food truck in this area, bar none. There are two of them and both are 5 star food. It doesn't hurt that the people that run these trucks are some of the nicest people I've ever met. I tell anyone who will listen and some who don't about this truck. You should go eat there right now. Rec the semitas sandwich with cochinita.
