Stay away from the Main St Taco Bell location , they could never get the meal right. I never had a good experience in this Taco Bell. Last time I ordered chicken chalupa supreme, was a complete waste of money - very hard to bite and it had just 2 small chunk of chicken with some cheese and they forgot or didn’t cared to add tomatoes & lettuce but charged a steep $6.50+ a piece.
Food was everything I expected and more. A polite and courteous staff prepared my order and neatly placed it in the box and it was not messy or sloppy because they wrapped it tightly before placing it in the box.My only complaint was that it was cold inside the dining room and the air conditioning was on even though it was in the 50's outside.
$10 for a bowl that contains less quantity and inferior ingredients than Chipotle. Then no fork to eat it with? What about the hit sauce that I asked for?
Was planning to order thru app and grab lunch on way home. Decided to eat in dining room so figured I would order when I got there. Found out I had to order using the kiosk which was not clean and had no sanitizer for safety with covid.Decided I would order using my app instead. Got my order in there and ended up with payment error (my bad) . Just wanted to place my order! Asked if some one could take my order so I could leave and all I was told was to order using kiosk. I said no! Heads popped up, 'what did you say?' I decided to leave instead. Dining room was dirty and there were no clean tables. No sanitizer at the kiosk and absolutely the WORST customer service ever!Where is another Taco Bell near me that I can go to and not have to deal with these fools.
I admit it: I'm addicted to Taco Bell. Don't judge me. Their food innovations are very creative and I like trying the wacky new stuff as long as there's a non-meat option. So hilarious when an item appears in the bag that looks more like roadkill than an actual food offering.
Terrible! Was 2nd in line for my kiosk order, waited almost 30 mins (for “fast” food) and then watched as people who came after me were handed large orders. I just ordered 2 tacos?!? Never again!
Went in an ordered on the kiosk. Ordered all items on my meal without sour cream to go, along with another meal of a different type with sour cream. When we got home, everything had sour cream, extra in my opinion. I threw my lunch in the trash. So aggravated. Seems every time something is wrong. Don’t make any special requests, you won’t get it.
I placed a rather large order for me and my family. We ordered the following items:Cheesy bean and rice burritosGrilled cheese burritosCheesy dorritos crunchChicken quesadillaBean burriot w/ added jalapeno sauceIf you know taco bell you know that all of these items come with either jalapeno or chipotle sauce. In fact their taste is largely reliant on these things.Every single item came with only cheese + whatever kind of tortilla and whatever meat or beans. Absolutely no sauce etc.This is the fourth time its happened from this location, but its never been this bad on so many items.I normally don't leave bad reviews, but i'm just hoping that something is done to improve the quality or the abilities of the staff to make what's ordered or communicate deficiencies better to customers.If you can go to another taco bell, skip this location.
We typically don't do Fast food, but in a pinch this day, the food was great Tasted Fresh and service was extremely fast. I'd recommend if it's your thing. ?
The drive through woman was extra friendly AND my order was correct and tasted great
