If order accuracy and customer service matter to you - DO NOT shop here! Over the last 6 months I've had to get them to remake half of the sandwiches I've ordered. Either they put on some unwanted ingredients or "forget" to put something on when placing a mobile order. I spoke to the manager tonight about their high error rate, and all I got was "I'll talk it over with the team and address it in training." No apology, no ownership for the issue, no offer to make it right but rather just blame on his poorly trained staff. I wonder who could be blamed for poorly trained employees? No surprise Subways are closing and rightly going out of business, pathetic!
Just grabbed a pick up order. Top notch service. Place was busy but crew was exceptionally pleasant.

I just left there, and wow! I don’t think I’ve had better customer service at a fast food restaurant before. The man running the register was so kind.
Website said this location was open until 9. Drive all the way across Wake Forest to get there. Arrive at 8:49. Walk in the door and the employee tells me they are closed. Business hours matter to your customers.

Ordered online with a bit 2 get one free. The app never gave me the special and the store will not refund any money blaming the app. The three subs had all the ingredients except on the last 3 inches of each end leaving me with a six inch sub and six inches of very stale bread. Had to be one of the worst subs I have ever eaten at subway. I recommend going somewhere else.
I wasted 20 minutes trying to preorder lunch. The website was cumbersome and had issues and after wasting so much time said they wouldn’t take visa and offered PayPal and then said They don’t except that either. So I called the store instead of getting help I just got a fax machine ringing in my ear and hung up on. So I downloaded the app which required email and phone number and did my order again and then the Apple Pay would not be not be accepted (on their end) It should not be this hard to order a sandwich. The app and website or awful. Taking my business to somewhere else. What are you supposed to do? No visa, no PayPal, no Apple Pay, no cash. How do you stay in business?
