Newer store with updated decor. Spacious with comfortable seating. Typical quality. Two small improvements. Staff was a little slow, though it was busy. Parking lot is congested and not intuitive.
Went to this Starbucks for the first time with my roommate this morning. LAUREN HAS THE MOST MAGICAL AURA. her attitude, her energy was infectious ❤️ We need baristas like her! continue flourishing sunshine ☀️
Worst experience ever. Waiting close to 20 minutes for a mobile order BLACK coffee. Literally a pour and go. It’s obvious there is no management on premises on the weekends at this location. So disorganized. Skip this location.
The team here goes the extra mile and always brighten my day! Consistent, order is always right and always greeted with a smile at the drive-thru.
Some Baristas are rude. Too concerned about talking about themselves and less concerned about getting orders correct or good customer service.
My first and only Starbucks I go to. Service is always friendly and super-fast. They have a great staff with featuring super-happy people. It’s a great way to start your days.
Just got the worst drink today, hands down. Ordered a Carmel Ribbon Crunch with extra crunch and lite whip cream. This drink literally tasted like milk flavored ice with the slightest hint of Carmel. Will not be going back to this location. Will definitely go to the location at Harris Teeter at Harris Rd.
Very friendly at the drive-thru at this location. Order is always accurate. I really like the white chocolate mocha frappe with oat milk.
This Starbucks is fantastic!! Service is fast and my drinks never disappoint. The employees are upbeat, welcoming, and friendly…. in particular, Brennan, Ruthie, Shannon, Sion, Corinna, and Andrew are absolutely wonderful and always make me feel like a VIP when I walk in. I love this store!!
I literally come here every morning M-F. Gabby and Lauren are both so awesome. Gabby is literally so nice, and makes me smile. Give these girls a raise, and don't loose them!
