I don’t usually write reviews, but this is the absolute worst Starbucks. I’ve been here three times. The first two times, they didn’t have part of my mobile order. Every time the wait in line has been >20 minutes no matter how many cars are ahead.

They always have really good service and a really good product, but never go for the small, is not small, is Xsmall, and the actual liquid in it is half the cup. It tasted really good though.

One of my favorite Starbucks in the area! The staff is always friendly, and my orders are always made quickly.

The last few times I’ve been to this location…One week sign on door saying “Cafe not open but drive thru is available” (even though I called in advance to see if they were open and was told they were.). Next week the cafe was open but you had to download an app on your phone to order anything. I decided to go to the location in the Harris Teeter down the road and was greeted by a barista who helped me with my order in person. I’m done with this location.

Coffee and cake pops were perfect as usual! Staff is always delightful, even when crazy busy!

2 young kids running the whole sh*t show in there with smiles on their faces. I sincerely hope they are being compensated appropriately and not this $13/hr bullsh*t. You’re nothing without them, Starbucks

I typically enjoy my barista experience at Starbucks, however on this Christmas Day I was very disappointed. No greeting up our arrival at the register, they young lady was not helpful at all.After getting our drinks and enjoying them outside, The young lady approached my wife and I to ask was there a problem, I shared my concern and she said “interesting” and went back inside. I don’t think I have ever been followed outside by an employee of any establishment for any reason. This was rude and confrontational in my opinion. I will definitely be following up with the general manager on Monday about this poor customer experience.

I went inside bc the drive thru is usually a 20min wait in the am. 4 people behind received their drink before me. Then my drink was given to me with a cracked broken lid. Honey the ghettoooo. Also the cashier is really sweet. But whoever made my dragon drink 12/17/21 8am... you're trash, & the coconut in it was still clumpy, like bruh at least pretend to know what you doing.

This location has gone severely down hill on the last few months.*** note : the staff is super nice and they are trying their best, but it’s just too busy of a location***The drink quality is abysmal, it’s like every pump of syrup here is a rushed and quick half pump so nothing tastes as it should, that’s assuming they actually put the syrup into your drink. We have gotten numerous vanilla cold brews with no vanilla in the coffee or the sweet cream not being sweet. Mochas that barely taste like chocolate etc.The drive thru line is usually about 20-30 minutes long depending on what time you arrive in the morning so it’s usually not worth ordering ahead via the app since by the time you get through the line it will be melted or cold depending on what you ordered. The parking lot is a mess since the line wraps around it so it’s very difficult to park and get a drink during peak hours since you either can’t get into or out of a parking space.Overall I have just wasted too much money on subpar coffee from this one location to continue to support it.
