Just sat in the drive-through line for 30 minutes for the second time in a week. The first time, the person at the window was having a telephone conversation with someone about their Thanksgiving plans while she stood there holding my drink. Today, when I got to the window, there was no apology or explanation for the wait. I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else from now on. No one has an extra 30 minutes in their day to sit in a drive-through line.
Totally messed up drinks. Ordered frappe hot milk?!
The Starbucks in this Target is hit or miss. The last two times I waited while no one was behind the counter. It was open, but there wasn't anyone there. However, when there are workers there they are nice. I just wish someone would stay and run the shop.
Wonderful location! Convenience is one thing, truly kind and congenial barristas are another!
Good location execpt one Time I got a drink and The Size Was Venti but I got a Grande. I got it fixed though.
There were a lot of empty shelves not a lot of selection.
This Starbucks is excellent. The quality of drinks are always high. The employees are friendly and encouraging. First rate! Try the carmel frappe!
