The two girls that was working at 11:30 on the 24th were very rude and unprofessional they forgot our milkshake then they said they couldn’t take orders at the drive-through window just because they were too lazy to remake it not a good experience whatsoever and then two out of the three sandwiches we ordered was wrong and I told them and they still did nothing about it very unprofessional place I know everybody is short staffed now but if you got a hire people like that it’s ridiculous

The staff here is absolutely friendly, but it seems that they are severely understaffed. The last two times that I went there, the wait times were extremely long (even when ordering ahead and scheduling a pickup time.) after the most recent trip, not only was the wait extremely long, but the order was completely incorrect. Despite having my name (and verifying it with me) they gave me someone else's order and I didn't notice until I got home. From what it sounded like (listening to the other people waiting) they had waited an equally long time. I don't know how they can fix this, but at least for me, it's not worth going back again.

Quality of food was poor. Prices was a little high. I paid good money and expect good quality of food but I guess they just want your money instead. I won’t eat at another Sonic again. All the Sonic have poor quality of food and then they have the nerve to go up on there Food. If I could give them a (0) I would.

We came right before closing. Google times need to be updated. Closed at 10. Says closes at 12. Everything else was ok until we got to the window. Attendant was rude. Was talking about us throw window because she told us split payments weren't an option you guys offer. She didn't even ask if my friend wanted to ring up item separately. She seemed ready to close up and we were discussing that. Hence her comments that she thought couldn't be heard. My friend only said - you should never tell a customer what you can't do. I was just there last week and received excellent service in the afternoon. Hope this was a one time occurrence.

Placed an order an hour and a half before they closed and when wengot there they told us they were not open. We called corporate and they offered us a free slushy with purchase. Don’t ever go to this place or any other sonic.

Mrs.Rose made our day my friend and I went there with my daughter after running around and she was a riot!She had great customer service and had us laughing, even had some great show recommendations for us to look into!She even brought my daughter an extra treat and she's been talking about it all day :)

Had to grab a quick bite to eat for the kids...staff was very friendly and organized. Food was hot and delicious

My sandwich was great..service was ok.but those broccoli cheddar bits had no cheese in them and no type of flavor..wont be ordering those again.

Online order and when I got there I checked in and waited and for approximately 10 minutes pushed the button on the Monitor and they told me to come to the drive-through and I waited another 21 minutes for a fruit slushie. Unacceptable. I realize you're short-staffed and that's a factor but I guess I'll come back a few years and maybe you'll improve.

Waited for over 20 minutes to order, finally left. First time going there, won't be back.
