We tried Slices & Ices Pizza for the first time tonight, and even with a delivery hiccup we were extremely satisfied! It's not always about the problem; it's about how it's resolved. :) The pizza was hot and fresh and so delicious! They actually use pizza dough and not frozen bread dough. If anyone knows anything about good pizza they'll know how important that is for the best pizza!! 10 stars!!!!!!!!!! We've had a hard time finding the best pizza in town since moving from New England, but Slices & Ices is it!! We can't wait to try more from the menu! I also love that delivery is done by an in-house employee. I'd rather my $$ go straight to the restaurant than a large food delivery corporation.
Nice place. Pizza looked really good. I was in the mood for a chicken parmesan sub. I would not recommend it. It was small and thin pieces of chicken that were mostly breading. I did not get my protein fill at all, I feel like I just ate a sub with bread filling.
First off, I have to say I am impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the young people working here. They keep a tidy, clean environment and are friendly. I believe this place recently changed hands because the old menus on the wall are all gone. That being said; this could be good or bad. Excellent job cooking the fried Calamari. Perfect for frozen as you can get. Absolutely no flavor While the pizza is prepared with top-notch ingredients, it is obvious these are novices flipping the pies as I have yet to see one actually symmetrical. No worries though if you are sitting down with family- It's a good sized pie and absolutely delicious.. But by the slice it's a bit iffy. I have every confidence the symmetry will improve. like I said; this is a good bunch here. Overall my favorite pizza place in Wake Forest. Just be aware when hockey gets out in the evening it gets a bit hectic,
Ordered the medium supreme pizza and wings. We didn’t mind waiting 30 minutes because it was supposed to be fresh. Well we believe the pizza was overcooked. This took away from the overall experience. We also bought the Italian ice which tasted like sugar water. Just an opinion.
Great place right next to the ice rink. Pizza by the slice had lots of selections. Nice atmosphere with good eats.
My mom and I decided to have a quick lunch and stopped in for the first time. We were there at 1:30PM, was just one other person there besides us. We got the daily special. Our pizza was fresh out the oven thanks to the young man who attended us. Delicious. Will eat here again.
The staff were nice and friendly. The place had a very nice atmosphere and looked clean. The food arrived fast and was delicious! I had the garlic Parmesan wings and I must say that they were amazing!

Received their add on one of those coupon letters that come to your house and decided to give them a try, since the reviews looked promising.Ordered two Brooklyn style pies, one pepperoni and one with the worksI was very pleased with the following:Delivery was done carefully by their own employees.Both pies were cooked to perfection. You know how in some pizza places they just send your pizza down a conveyor and don’t realize that when they prepare a pizza with many ingredients it takes longer to cook.The ingredients taste fresh and the cheese was tasty.The dough was fresh and tasted crunchy and fluffy and the same time.I will definitely order again. If they repeat the results, I will definitely give them a 5 star review.
Great design on the interior accompanied by great pizza. The slices are nice and large and taste great when you add red pepper flakes, a place I will visit more often when I’m in the area!
Probably the worst pizza in Wake Forest. Tried this place for the first time on 1/8, ordered the margarita specialty pizza and it’s was horrible. Had little to no sauce, very dry, few sprinkles of basil with small drops of mozzarella and the crust was hard and over baked.
