bottomless selection for sides and drinks... Scorpion burger and garlic fries
Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Wasn't too busy, seated pretty quickly. They do a great job of keeping the place clean. Food and drinks were great (had the Buzzin' Chicken Sandwich).The only drawback was our waitress. Seemed nice but made it clear she was having a bad day, talking about her personal problems with every trip to our table. When she wasn't around us, she was taking it out on the other employees. Felt worse for them then for us.
Ok. So. I’m giving 5 stars because of the food. I’d heard that they added an Impossible burger option so I was excited to try it. It was really very good.Now…. The not so great stuff.Utensils:I visited on Sunday at around 7pm. There was no silverware available. I was offered plastic which was fine. But it wasn’t ideal.Entertainment Fee:I decided to play one of the video games on the tabletop video. If it said it was going to charge me, I missed that. It’s not a huge deal but just a little annoying.I’ll definitely be back.
I like red Robin as a whole. I wont go back to this location. I returned today as planned to get a replacement order from my wrong order the night before. The same rude young female was working- went to what I thought place my order came back and told me the manager would not replace it as they refunded my money contradictory to what I had been told yesterday or i would not have driven all the way over there. Also this was part of a birthday customer club so at most they refunded the appetizer add on. Mind you the manager did not come out to talk to me at all. An employee named Tim I think was a server but should be in management heard the transaction took the time to look at photos of what I was given in error the day before and said it didn't even look like what they would serve and did place the order for my replacement sandwich then was completely sincere an apologetic when the kitchen AGAIN got the replacement burger wrong. I won't be back to thus location. But if you go and encounter Tim...HE is awesome. I've included a pic of my first BURGER.
First I’m going to start by saying my experience at this Red Robin location was unpleasant ? it took a very long time for someone to ask if my guest and I was dining in or having takeout. Once we finally got pass that part and moved forward to placing our take out order my friend and I waited at the bar while our food was being prepared. It wasn’t a lot of people sitting at the bar I was totally ignored as if I wasn’t sitting at the bar waiting to place an alcoholic beverage order. The female bartender which at this time name is unknown ? was extremely loud / rude ? while I was sitting at the bar with my friend the female bartender was even ease dropping in my conversation with my friend! The female bartender even gave her opinion on my private conservation I was having with my friend… ?which was extremely impolite / unprofessional! Overall the food / drink was absolutely delicious. Everything else was a epic fail! Bad customer service skills! Slow service! Rude employees.!!
The service was pretty good. I had a salad and it was good. Wasn't the best out that I've ever had but it was okay. My husband had the vegetarian burger and he said he really liked it. But the drink that I ordered had no alcohol in it at all. I had to ask for her to remake my drink because it tasted like water. Other than that service is good food was good will be returning
Our waitress, Babs, is fabulous. We ask for her any time we go! Food was yummy, speed in which it arrived was good. My only issue was regarding the hostesses. They are dressed in a way that doesn't make them look professional. They're young ladies in baggy stained sweatshirts and leggings. I'd prefer someone who looks clean and ready to work. I would go to Red Robin again.
I probably would give this more like 4.5 stars if I could. Food was good, service was good as well! Restaurant overall is clean! Some things that stuck with me on our last visit. Not having enough napkins when being seated and having to ask for more. Our onion rings literally came out minutes after ordered (seemed like they were pre-making them and they weren't hot). These are just small things though, nothing crazy. I'm sure we'll visit again as overall everything was good! Would recommend a try!
Came here with the family. Place was kinda busy but a 15 minute wait isn't bad at all for a weekend lunch. Waitress was awesome and great with the kids. The food was excellent and came out quickly after ordering, and our cups never went empty. Truly one of the best experiences I've had in a restaurant since covid became a thing
We were told there were no seats available and that we would have to wait which was fine until we saw a couple come in after us and get seated before us! Now my husbands birthday was yesterday and this is where he chose to eat he also always asks for the bar seats which we were told we had to wait on but once the couple after us were seated before us that’s where the problem started. I asked the couple had they waited for a long time they said no they just walked in asking for bar seats which is what we asked for as well! 10 mins later we get seated in a booth where the server was good we started off with the wings which were cool as if they were sitting for awhile before it came to our table! Next we ordered our food he had the burger and I had a salad well he asked for medium well and when he bit into it it was more bloody instead of having a little pink on the inside, My salad had bits and pieces were the salad wasn’t green but yet turning brown as if they didn’t check before they pushed it out. This had to have been the worse birthday experience he could’ve gotten from this place.
