This store has moved another 2 minutes further away than they used to be at. they no longer deliver to my address for the extra 2 minutes. I spoke to supposedly a manager requesting a reason why they no longer deliver asking if there was anybody that I could speak to or if I can give an extra tip to the delivery driver to drive the extra 2 minutes and they hung up on me. I called back and the next person was also rude and said that I cursed at them when I did not and hung up on me as well. I personally think they have the best product however they're unwilling to deliver it nor give me a reason why and the people working they have no interest in making more money. They specifically told me to spend my money elsewhere, which I will.
After a horrible experience at the steakhouse in the same parking lot, we decided pizza was a better option. We were acknowledged when we were waiting in line. Staff was very busy between a drive up for take out, in store take out, delivery and in store diners like us. They were knowledgeable in their menu items and what was not available, super friendly and helpful. We ordered, enjoyed a nice dinner and were checked on all within an hour. Thank you for salvaging our anniversary dinner.
Good pizza, always enjoy it. They are having a staffing problem at the moment so they were not able to deliver.Otherwise no complaints at all
Hung up on... called back. Asked what time dining room was open till, told they are closing early. I said oh, you guys make enough money today? Put on hold for 45 minutes after. I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE else than here. They are clearly hiring anybody now.
make the ability to order just a plain cheese pizza more clear on the website, I did not see that option spelled out clearly

Me and my family just waited 15mins+ inside and no one acknowledged us. Only a small family was eating in, I will never come here again. Old Pizza Hut location was way better in Wake Forest. Guess we going to Mellow Mushroom where we are offered 5 star service.
My family and I were coming back through Wake Forest NC from a memorial and we had ordered 4 pizzas that were finished almost by the time we got there. They had fast and friendly service. The pizzas were great!
The online ordering process was simple. The check in and carside pick up worked quickly. However, the pizza was not cooked thoroughly.
Service is always fantastic. The employees are always friendly, the food is always delicious and hot, and I have never had to wait very long for my food. This place is fantastic.
