Salads say “mixed greens”. Well if that means mostly white iceberg with some brown and wilted green then it’s spot on. This manager should be ashamed of these salads and why bother offering them! The strawberry shake I got was just strawberry milk. Melted all the way. Disaster.
The food is excellent and obviously freshly made. I would give 5 stars except I was sticking to the floor and the table. The place is in serious need of a scrub down
Great experience! The food was fresh, hot, waffle fries were hot and crispy, and the chicken was juicy and fresh. Excellent tasting breading on the chicken. Chicken breast fillet was a nice big breaded filet, then placed in a nice toasted bun. Chicken tenders were juicy hot and delicious. Buffalo sauce was tasty and spicy, but not so spicy that you couldn't eat it.We stopped in the middle of lunch time and there was minimal wait to order, food was delivered immediately upon being cooked while it was still nice and hot. The customer service was excellent, the employees were caring and nice, and very informative and helpful. Definitely enjoyed our visits and we'll be coming back again!
2 star rating is based on meal served all bread and lettuce tomatoes onion. Chicken was very small and thin. Place was clean and staff was friendly but you will leave hungry due to inflation and reduced portions.
We loved the food and I really liked the sauces and the fries were perfect! The chicken was very good and flavored well. I did feel our food took longer than it should as people who came to the restaurant after us, 2 groups of guys got their food before my family. Hopefully next time we get quicker service and it is not normal to have it take as long as it did.
We love their chicken tenders they are so fresh and so good. The house made sauces are great too. Our favorites are honey mustard and barbecue. They switched to waffle fries which we were happy to see.
Food is always hot and good. They need to consider a mic or speaker system to use when calling names for customer orders. When wearing masks, voice is muted out.
PDQ definitely lives up to its name. By the time my cup was only half full they were calling my name - the order was ready!Spicy Chicken fingers were plump, moist and delicious, good size and a very mild but flavorful spicyness. The jacked spicy chicken sandwich was excellent as well. The fries were a surprise - excellent crispness and just the right amount of salt.Will definitely return.
The pricing is waaaay off here. For a sit down meal or even Milton's buffet right down the street, you can get quadruple the amount of food for same price. I asked for 2 grilled tenders but she said they only have 3 and with no bread, no lettuce, no tomato and no pickles, I paid more than if I ordered a sandwich and removed the bread. :( Then I had to pay extra for broccoli which I could understand if I ordered a sandwich. So all I had for the same price as a sit down meal at full service restaurants and buffets, is bland grilled chicken, limited broccoli and the wrong soda. OMG learn from my mistakes:(
Excellent first experience here. The cashier was friendly and the service was super fast. Food was hot and fresh. Chicken tenders are bigger than Zaxby's, about the same size as Chick-fil-A's, and a little crisper than either of those. Flavor was good, chicken was tender and juicy. The fries were about the same thickness as Zaxby's crinkle fries but straight cut. They were surprisingly crisp, and served hot and fresh. They have a good variety of dipping sauces and I tried the Sweet Sriracha, which was creamy and delicious with a mild kick. Very pleased with the meal and would definitely eat here again.
