I have never ordered on line and had delivery before and I am old as dirt. So this was a new experience. It was an amazingly easy to use system, the food came quickly- it was hot and very good. The driver was polite, clean and fast getting here.
They get orders right, short wait time for walk-in orders, friendly staff, 2 thumbs up!

This location has really gone downhill. Every time I order delivery, it takes well over an hour to actually get my food which normally is okay and I understand because of staffing but when I got my food tonight it was ice cold. It’s almost like they cooked it as soon as the order went through but then waited an hour after to deliver it. I’m very disappointed.
The food is good but the employees need better management. Some high school dropouts just vape in the office and pretend to work. They don't do much management or shift leading at all, so I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a good customer experience.

Highly displeased with my experience with this Papa John’s tonight. I placed my order around 10:30, waited and waited checking the tracker. I get an email saying my order has been canceled, no call or reason why just canceled almost 30 minutes after I placed it. Your online hours say your open until 1am but when I call I get a message saying you’re closed. Thanks a million y’all, I’ll be ordering from the Strickland location from now on.
My folks are on a diet and I am both new to the area and hungry so I stopped at the local pizza shop/Papa Johns and the customer service from Chris, as well as the pie he made for me, was excellent. Good guy!!
Got in and out in no time. They should wear gloves and an apron. The guy jacket was full of flour
We love the new stuffed crust. Take out order is always ready when we arrive. Great overall experience.
