Why is it so hard for them to get the order right when it’s written down correctly on the receipt that’s taped to the bag? I would understand if they misheard or I had a really complicated order. But the woman taking my order heard me correctly, typed it in correctly, then it took forever to make and it was wrong. Unfortunately since I had a screaming baby in the back seat I didn’t get to check my order until I was all the way home 30 min later. And instead of what I ordered I got two bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. No avocado, no sausage and both had cheese. This happens so often at Panera. I don’t get it.

Ya’ll….I don’t know who should be more embarrassed. The establishment that thinks this is a sandwich (with .001 ounces of chicken and .0001 ml of sauce) or the person who has had this happen not once, not twice, but three times now (me). A Kindergartner could do better. I know this for fact bc I have one, and he makes better sandwiches than this dry, bland, meatless f*****y you call food. Stop proving my husband right when he says “Wake Forest has the worst Panera EVER”. It’s so annoying to hear him gloat all through the excellent dinner he procured elsewhere while I eat the nonsense I received from you. ?
Our experience at this location was mediocre...Starting with the good: the food was very delicious! I had the Chipotle Chicken, Scrabbled Egg, and Avocado sandwich. It was very well prepared and had great flavor. I'd definitely consider getting it again.The not-so-good: service wasn't great. It wasn't horrible, but the person helping us didn't seem to want to be there. The coffee is terrible! I got the light blend and it was so strong. Also, the choice of creamers is lacking, unless you want something light (2% milk, skim milk, half and half, almond milk). Where's something with cream? Whole milk maybe...Considering the cost, service, and quality, I'll be hard pressed to go back...
Normally I don't give out 5 stars in a fast food place but the service, food, and place where top notch! I got the teriyaki broccoli bowl just excellent! Rivaled some top Asian places that I won't name, PF Changs. What the... Great stuff!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, A lady named Aisha or Nysha so rude, i’ve never been so disrespected before. She was using so much profanity. Panera should not have workers like this. Please bring this to your attention because you just lost a customer and i hope you don’t lose anymore.
I placed a mobile order through the app here to be picked up in store. The process went smoothly and my order was ready before I got to the store. The staff was friendly and it was easy to go in and pick up my order.
Placed on order online through Panera's website. I made the mistake of not checking the order before I left. Came back to my office and noticed that what was supposed to be a "Bread Bowl of Soup" was a small cup of soup. Even the receipt on the bag specified that it was supposed to be bowl size and bread bowl. Called the location but no one answers the phone. Very disappointed and will no longer be ordering from Panera. This has happened multiple times, so this was just the final straw.
They always miss something for store pick up. Today they forgot my salads and bread.? I couldn't go back to the store due to lack of time for round travel to panera, and I called them for refund but they never answered the call. So disappointed.
