You know what your going to get. The food isn't bad but it is not the best I have ever had. I wish they had some better lighter options. And bring back some monthly specials allow your cooks to come up with them. Would really bring some life to the menu for me.
We decided to stop there after my doctor's appt. on May 18, 2022. The waitress was nice and the food was tasty. However, she dropped the takeout containers on the floor, picked them up, thre. e feet in front of me, and still brought them to our table. I told her that I wanted some that hadn't hit the floor. She still got a 20% tip because I felt that it could have been a teachable moment. She said that she wasn't thinking. She brought us two more, but I refused to use them. My friend used one. I was taking a chance by eating in public, I do not eat off the floor because I call that trash. Not sure if I will go back.
Honestly if I could give 1.5 stars I would. The waitress was pretty good and we were seated fast on a Saturday around 5pm. Other than that, both of us got sick from our food. The salad plates were greasy, my pasta bowl old had dried food on the outside of it. I always thought that olive garden would have been an upper class restaurant but in reality it's no better than going to Golden Corral..
Lunch was good and served fast. Decent sized shrimp and hot tasty bread sticks. Refills were always on time. Service was great.The environment needs attention. The bathroom is in poor shape and had some kind of perma-puddle in the floor. The carpet smells like ancient restaurant funk. Corporate needs to put some effort into a PROFRESSIONAL deep clean (hire a company. don't make back-of-house and servers come in at 6AM to scrub). Replace the grimy fixtures and rip out that nasty carpet. I am sure the kitchen is worse.

Thanks to Eboni for her great friendly service last night. Even though we could tell she had lots of tables, she was very attentive and friendly. Our food was beyond ample and enjoying much of it again today. It was hot and delicious! The restaurant was clean and our wait, although they said may be about 30 minutes, was only about five. I always have a good experience at this Olive Garden.
This location has really gone downhill over the last couple years. Sadly I’m afraid their decline is due in large part to lack of employees and trying to save on food expenses. I hate blaming it all on Covid at the restaurant has been busy both times I visited in the past month. The slow service is explainable but lack of breadsticks, and food coming out is honestly dumbfounding.About three weeks ago when I visited I felt our waiter enjoyed talking to everyone too much to provide quick service. We got our food but it took quite a while. Yesterday was a different story. Our waitress was very sweet snd wanted to be helpful wasn’t able to bring us breadsticks (even though we were getting all our endless sauces we wanted). We literally got a couple breadsticks each (2of us) because that’s all she said the kitchen was putting out. If this is mismanagement then I believe Olive Garden’s corporate needs to know so we don’t loose this location. It’s a growing area and again, it’s been super busy both times a visit in the past month.Olive Garden, please know that I’m not the only one that feels this way. Make this place great again!
Got a delicious dinner for two on a night out. Tour of Italy sampler entree and Steak with Fettuccine Alfredo. Yes, despite all the disruptions of COVID, the classic Olive Garden soup, salad and bread sticks are still part of entree meals. :)Our server Amelia made sure everything was right and the staff worked to make sure we had the best experience. Food was great! Service was a bit slow as our waiter was very social with everyone and couldn’t seem to stay on task. Regardless, we did eventually get waited on.
Went to Oliver Garden in Wake Forest on 1-26-22 order a steak extra well no pink.. fettuccine noodles substitute broccoli for salad. The steak was red in the inside.. call spoke with the manager he stated they would remake my meal I chose another day considering i lived 20 minutes away. 1-29-22 call Olive Garden confirm my meal for remake only for the manger to state we can only give you the steak and noodles no bread or salad. Bread and salad supposed to be free with MY MEAL LIKE WHEN I PURCHASED When the bread and salad is complimentary with your meal. Will travel all the way to travel going forward. Rude manger not to mention because I wanted broccoli to complete my meal they was given a 100 dollar bill I received 96 dollars in one dollars bill
