When did fast food food become slow food. Ordered for dine in and have been waiting over 25 minutes for our food. Fortunately it leaves time to leave a review. The problem is that they are prioritizing drive thru over dine in and that is unacceptable. My money is just as good. Get your act together!
Wonderful McDonald's! We stopped by yesterday around 12:30 pm and were able to get in and out in no time! This location does have a double drive-thru and both had cars in their lines. When it came time for us to order, we gave them our code from our McDonald's app and then order two sweet teas. They told us our total and we pulled up to the first window to pay. After paying, we pulled to the second window to grab our drinks. Everything went smoothly and was ready for us when we got to each window. They were busy with several cars in the parking lot but we were still able to get our drinks and go! Fabulous service and kind workers! :)
My first spicy chicken sandwich from McD's, disappointed. Service was fine though, & companions food fine. My iced coffee was OK too
I'm not sure why, but the woman this morning at the window was rude. Also - how can your Macchiato machine need to be cleaned during your busiest time of the day for coffee? Poor management?
The night of February 6th at 9:50 , best 2 workers with the best customer service! McDonald’s or not thats quality service and I had to tip them! Awesome guys!
For a McDonald's they are surprisingly slow. I have been several times (only out of convenience) and it does not matter what I order, or how many cars are there or not there, I inevitably get parked. Also, the hours posted are wrong and they feel no need to change it. I have gone there several times to find it closed, even an hour before the posted closing time. The employees are nice though. Just don't go there if you don't have time to wait around for awhile.
Just waited 35 minutes for my order to be made wrong. At what point do you close the doors. Two people CANNOT run a business efficiently. They clearly aren't trained either, tried calling to find out if I need to help them kill the cow in the back but they won't pick up.
Literally the laziest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Multiple times now this has happened. Thought tonight it would be different. Not to my surprise it wasn’t. McDonald’s and google maps clearly states they close at 11:30 got there at 11:02 and no one would answer the drive thru. Sat there for 10 minutes no one would answer. Meanwhile I can see multiple workers just walking around inside.
I'm getting absolutely sick of these scam artists. Everyone knows, NEVER GET EGGS at McDonald's on a sandwich, because they double the price for $0.25 worth of eggs. You try to order a sausage McMuffin, not a sausage egg McMuffin, and they clear the screen and tell you to pull around. Then your order is suddenly $2ish dollars more than it was supposed to be.... They give you a sausage egg McMuffin. I only came here today because I forgot it was Sunday and stupid chick FIL a was closed (they deserve a 1-star for that BS too). But yeah. Avoid McDonald's. You won't get what you order, they'll Involuntarily upsell you.
Terrible drive-thru service. Extremely unorganized. Not in a hurry AT ALL. Was asked to pull into a curbside spot but after 20 minutes decided to go inside and check on my order. Waited another 20 minutes for my order while the entire kitchen staff stood and watched me not offering to help. Will not be returning.
