Visited this location to get my wife a cup of coffee. For whatever the reason my card kept saying "declined". I was aware of the amount of funds available,but I was still having issues. My banking app wouldn't allow me to check my account because McDonald's wifi wasn't secure. I told the young lady I would go across the street to the Credit Union and ne right back...she said it's fine sir,you can just take it. That may sound like a "small" thing,but that "small" thing she didn't have to do!
Terrible experience from the time I pulled in, was demanded to wait. After 5 minutes of silence and the lady tapping her shoes repeatedly I finally broke. After 3 cars piled up behind me, I simply said “yo” to the intercom of the lady with her hair all teased up brown and blonde hair. The lady immediately yells “uh uh you don’t do that” twice. I finally get to order after she rudely asks what I want. She screws up my order twice. First by giving me a extra burger apart from my meal which I didn’t ask for. I had caught it and had it corrected, but then told her twice again it was cheese only, she goes and tells me to pull forward and does not acknowledge what I said about cheese only I could see it on the screen and it was wrong, but she didn’t bother to correct it. I hate fast food places like these, employees act they are doing you a favor because they are open late and yet I have to wait damn every time and they get an attitude over nothing. Other employees there are actually nice, but still the service is slow. Something needs to change at this location, and the other local McDonald’s during nighttime are usually bad as well due to lack of staff. Nighttime or daytime I am spending money I expect reasonable service and good attitudes. Take your sassy attitudes to the strip club not McDonald’s! Your employees are better then this!
My order was not taken correctly for one then I had to wait at the drive-through window for like five minutes waiting to get my food handed to me while two employees yelled at each other telling each other to get out of the way and just being completely rude
Gotta say this location is just a mess. Ordered two combo meals and a kids happy meal. Waited a while to get which was expected. However after the long wait order was missing food. Happymeal had just a hamburger and toy. Missing fries and apple slices. I did not notice the apple slices missing at first so I went to retrieve the missing fries for my son and they had a hard time understanding I did not get them. They said wait you got a large fry. I said yes that went to one of the adult combo meals we purchased however the happy meal I paid for with 2 sides was missing the fries. Getting a pack of ketchup was like pulling teeth. Long story short just avoid.
The worst remind you prices are going up I placed my order for the quarter pounder meal and requested hot fries I pulled to the window the fries are dark brown and cold so I asked for hot fries the guy with the flag around his mouth asked me to drive up to window 3 it would be two minutes he comes to the window and gives me my fries I ate one they were hot I got home I literally live one minute away got home pulled the fries out and they were so greasy and undercooked and to think I was fighting for minimum wage to go up to $15 I’m starting to think $7.25 is to much for that McDonald’s something needs to be done about the employees at this location even in the mornings on my way to work the hash browns are always cold and greasy as if they’re not allowing the food to fully cook
They have gotten my order wrong multiple times. I asked for a 10 piece nugget meal with a dr pepper and an extra small fry. however i got the small fry but got the wrong drink and did not get my fries for my meal. went back and told them i didn’t get anything that was with my meal. so they said they fixed it and got back to the house was not fixed. came back a third time to get my order finally right. this is not the first time this has happened.
They kept you in line for so long. No one cared to ask or take your order. When I asked can "someone help me" she yelled "go through the drive through"...I just walked out and left
My expectations for any McDonald's are very low. This place takes the cake though, took 30 minutes to get my food. The restaurant smells and looks like depression. I could also hear the managers shouting and heard everything about how no one is doing anything and calling the cops. Also being harassed by an old lady pretending to be homeless. Never coming again. If I could give it negative 5 stars I would.
I wouldn't give even half a star to this place. Because the managers are so rude and always a wait on my order this place is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been toCORPERATE YALL NEED TO SHUT DOWN THIS LOCATION!!!!
If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Terrible staff all around from management to cashiers. Always making mistakes, and if you try to get something corrected after every worthless employee can't understand the rude manager comes and trys to charge u double and accuses you of trying to steal food. I just want what I ordered made right. Not some terrible job of what the other person ordered. There is some kind of problem every time I have tried to go here and will never return.
