Been here twice. Both times the service was good. Second time there was an issue with my online order. The young lady was in back making the donuts but she came over and solved the issue, quickly. I'm not big on KK (son is the fan) but I would return to this location and recommend it. Con: The parking lot is terrible, and pulling out of it is even worse: you have a bend/blind spot on your left and people exiting CFA on your right. Take your time, eat a donut while you wait for a safe opportunity to exit!
First of all, the donuts are amazing, no need to worry there. Pulled up to drive through and the box told me to pull forward. I pulled up to the window and was told (with some hostility) that next time I was to wait at the box and order there. I told him I had boy howdy it was awkward for a second… then I ordered and my day went back to normal.
What a disappointment. I ordered donuts for my daughter’s birthday for a 7:15 AM delivery (the location SUPPOSEDLY opens at 6:00 AM so an early drop shouldn’t have been a big deal). At 7:12 I get a message from my DoorDash driver that the location is still closed. He waited until 7:45 (30 minutes passed my order time) and still no one had shown up to open the store.The Krispy Kreme delivery driver had even been waiting in the parking lot to drop their donuts for the day (for over an hour). Totally unorganized and so disrespectful to not show up and properly do your job. My daughter never got her birthday donuts. Do better, Krispy Kreme.
Service was Ok, donuts are amazing!No fountain soda and apparently no frozen drinks, although it was on the menu.
Friendly cashier that reminded me to use my phone number to get credit for the purchase. Hot and ready sign was on, so obviously we had to take advantage of that. Absolutely delicious assortment as well, the oreo cookies and creme filled donut is out of this world ? ?
I will NEVER EVER go back to the Wake Forest location. The HOT SIGN was ON! I ordered a dozen of glaze & they were stale! They warmed the donuts and they tasted old & stale. They don’t even deserve that one star!
Can't beat the Fresh n HOT doughnuts. We stop by this location almost at the closing time, we just asked if it's possible to get us fresh HOT doughnuts and immediately with smile one of the employee got it for us. Very clean and friendly workers in this location.
I ordered the new Ghirardelli hot chocolate and unfortunately it tastes like lukewarm milk. I don't think it was made properly. Out of all the Donuts I ordered, only the glaze tasted like it was fresh. I'm hoping it was just an early morning fluke, I would be willing to give the location another try.
That red light was on! You know what that means, fresh, hot and ready doughnuts ? ?!. The customer service was sooooo top notch. I got a dozen original glaze and the 16 count holiday minis.
The hot sign was on and I ordered a half a dozen and donut holes. These lazy employees actually microwaved old donuts and thought I couldn't tell the difference after 45 years of enjoy my favorite donut. Rock hard after 5 minutes. I called to speak to a manager but only a supervisor was in that day. Probably why they decided not to work! They could have at least emailed or sent a gift card to reorder at a location near me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this particular Krispy Kreme!!!
