Best subs, have tried many other chains. This location is excellent, and I've had consistently good experiences at all locations. Well managed, clean, fast, courteous. Excellent, fresh ingredients. But be careful as you check out. Do not look down at the food bins. There is an incredible pile of freshly cooked BACON that will make you change your order!
My wife and I stood in line without being great for several minutes while 4 employees made GrubHub orders. Then we ordered two giant #9 and watched the girl barely put any meat on our sandwiches. I know this because the other subs she made had the normal amount on them but our were pulled across the bread so it looked covered. The the other employee proceeded to make the subs the way she wanted ignoring my wife and I telling her to stop she was doing it wrong. My wife asked for a refund and the girl dressed like a manager asked if she could remake them we said no. She then proceeded to tell us one of the subs were made so we had to pay for them. Another employee told her how to do a refund and she told her I know how I just don't want to. She said fine and printed a refund ticket I still have not received the money on my card.
Pretty bad when you get 1 piece of meat and I piece of cheese on a regular sub....Are you kidding $10 forThat......pretty sure I won't be returning

When curbside is done right it is a beautiful thing and that happened today. I have a two year old and getting him in and out of the car is a struggle at times. To be able to arrive when the app told me to, check in and they come immediately with my food is so refreshing. Thank you for the great service and food.
Usually a decent place, bad experience today. Today I ordered a giant Turkey. The young man making my sandwich was down to his last piece of turkey and continued to slice it until it was done. The amount of turkey he sliced was enough for a generous regular, definitely not enough for the giant I had ordered. Instead of getting a new turkey, he just pushed it down the table....I had to order double meat to cover the rest of my sandwich. I ask for bacon, there are no actual pieces of bacon in the bacon container and I assume he will either get some from the back or tell me they are out. He proceeds to pick up the rack in the bacon container and starts placing broken pieces of bacon that's sitting in grease at the bottom of the pan.
Ordered the large Italian sub on wheat with provolone cheese. Lots of fixings, all seasonings and vinegar/oil. Good sub, 2 complaints: my wife and I were sharing, but they did not give us two wraps so we each could have something to eat off of; the guy did not cut the SW in two. I took it back to get it recut. He rushed, and acted like I had insulted him. I got back to the table and it still was not cut through.
I absolutely love Jersey Mike's, this location (Crenshaw in WF) has stepped up quite a bit, so I thought it would be fair to bump up my rating from 4 ☆s to 5☆s! My Giant Philly Steak was FAB!! Employees were pleasant, as per normal!
Have the staff / management not heard of Covid, especially Omicron? Not a single person who serves and makes the sandwiches wears a mask. It's very crowded behind that counter with staff making sandwiches. Noses dripping, cash register hands on sandwiches, gross.
