We love Goodberry Ice Cream everytime we visit family it has to be our dessert.
The ice cream was super delicious. Even though it was quite crowded, service was well executed and efficient. I look forward to returning regularly.
Goodberry’s is always great! We just wish they had non-dairy option because of some dietary restrictions in our family.
We love coming to this particular location because every single person that works here works very hard. When we walked up we got stares of disbelief. When ordering the cashier was very pleasant and attentive To my dismay the order we recieved was all out of order instead all together it was one by one in intervals. We witnessed very unprofessional service and one server dropped the ice cream on the counter and preceded to still give it to a customer which was a child. We also saw a server allow another customer talk over another customers order and didn't bring it back into the window or shield it from whatever may have fallen out that persons mouth. First time here and never again.
The service of the lady employee was awful. She was not pleasant nor friendly. As much as I enjoyed the ice cream thanks to the gentleman server, the attitude was distasteful of the lady employee and I will not return to this location for a treat with my family. This was on 04/22/2022 at 5:15pm
Just don't waste your time or money. All kids working here.....they don't take the time actually get your order right, then when it's wrong they still aren't willing to make it right. It's ice cream for goodness sake....not that complicated but take the order right the first time and makes for a much smoother transaction. The manager then walks over and ask an employee "what's wrong with it now", the manager never tried to speak me or correct the order, poor management.
I am a huge Goodberry's fan! However, this location has given us the wrong order twice in a row. The second time my husband caught it and they were apprehensive to remake it correctly. In the future, we will be avoiding the poor service and product and go to the North Raleigh location.
Absolutely love Goodberry's! Moved away quite a few years ago so I take advantage of it when I'm in a area with one nearby. Enjoyed visiting this location twice. Custard was the same delicious treat that it always was. Yum yum!
Always great ice cream. Friendly staff and quick service. Wish they had more everyday flavors but whatever you get is great.
