Went specifically for Chicago style hot dog. Very disappointed. I'm from Chicago and never have I had my bun toasted and that is what they do. So sad. Perhaps a trip to Chicago may help them to perfect their hot dog, Chicago style.
My husband and I love coming here occasionally. Their fries are crispy and amazing. The burgers are different and we love the crispy edges on those when they are cooked. The secret sauce is yummy in your fries and your burger.
20 minutes to order (3rd car from speaker) and trapped another 20+ minutes trying to pay for and receive food. Inefficient. I could have gone to the grocery store and cooked my own burger on a mobile griddle back at the office faster than this nonsense. Irate would describe me right now. I’ve been sitting in drive through for 30 minutes and I’m not even to the payment window yet. PLUS You cannot escape the line. Ridiculous. Even short-staffed this is unacceptable.
Definitely kind of overpriced. The hotdog was good, $5.50 for hotdog with chili and mustard. And the fries are weird. Super thin; more like potato sticks than fries. I'm not sure what the idea is on the fries, but they need to come up with a new one. Hotdog, fries, and a drink was $8.54. $6 is all its worth as a combo; maybe $6.50, but that would be the top.
We wanted to try something different, so my daughter and I thought we would give Freddy's a try, we were pleasantly surprised. I've never been a fan of fast food burgers but Freddy's was really good. I loved how thin their burger patties were. The atmosphere was nice and the people working there were polite. We will definitely go back.
Not speaking as a customer, but as a DoorDasher. The employees here are always incredibly polite to me and do what they can to make my job easier. They have apologized to me when the food is a little bit late and have even offered me a drink for my troubles. It’s always a pleasure delivering from here and you should definitely spend your money here.
Today was my first time and it was an awesome experience. Food was great, hot and delicious. The lady behind the counter, her name was Amy was great. Very polite and had a great smile. I will be back
Our very first time at Freddy, and our cashier Amy was the most friendliest, wonderful and beautiful. She explained what each items on the menu contains and ask on how we like the food to be made. The food was delicious highly recommend the chilly cheese fries. Definitely bring the kids with us next time.
I went to Freddy’s when I was craving a burger that was mid and decided to get some custard while I was there. The dude who took my order said he added some of his own “special sauce” to my burger and assured me it was mighty tasty. After taking one bite I ran to the bathroom and violently vomited all over the place. Never go here unless you would like to have the bubble guts worse than that time you went to Taco Bell after having a stomach virus. -1000/10 experience
Disappointing. The food came out cold and was sent back 3 times reminding them i wanted no mustard. Employees were dismissive of the complaint and stood there cluelessly despite the mess in the dining area. Ordered a sundae as well that was left sitting on the counter and was apparently expected to know. By the time i picked it up the fudge had almost completely melted the ice cream. will not be returning.
