This is the worst Dunkin donuts ever ,the donuts never seem fresh and are some are stale,they are out of a lot of types by 11AM and five staff standing around until you ask them if they are serving.Where is the manager?....I add I was so excited for this Dunkin to open.Krispy Creme is back on the menu
Ordered a dozen donuts 6 glaze 6 raspberry. Dry and small. Having paid $13.00+ I wish I had went to Kripy Kreme
Always a great set of staff in this Dunkin, no matter when I have been by. Today was no exception. Missing some blueberry donuts, but it was 3pm when I stopped in, so you get what you get. But truly appreciate the helpfulness of the staff here.
The donuts were flat only 2 working they acted like they were stoned couldn't find the milk
Great coffe, good food, fast service. Never too busy. Being from New England it tastes like home.
This place has got to be the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Went inside to order and the people that already ordered had been waiting 15 minutes for their drinks, while the lady had been at the register waiting to order she said for 12 minutes. 4 workers and only taking care of drive thru. Not one person acknowledged her or attempted to take any front orders
Update: I'm fairly certain no adults work at this location. I decided to give them another chance the other day. I placed a mobile order for one beverage, showed up 15 min later, not surprisingly it wasn't ready when I got there. Slight improvement, the staff did ask me what I needed. He flipped through the mobile order receipts, mine was 3 in and he made it. I asked him if they wait until the customer shows up to make the mobile orders, he smirked at me. For the manager, the obnoxious alarm now installed on the mobile order printer made no difference.This location has had multiple chances and plenty of time to get it together and they can't handle it. If you place a mobile order be prepared to wait 30 minutes because they don't pay attention. I politely asked about my mobile order and the girl rolled her eyes at me. They were also talking about other employees making more money than them. No manager to be seen anywhere.
The service was amazing. The gentleman taking the order and servicing our drinks through the drive thru was great. The absolute only reason I give this place a 1 star and will never return is because after joking in the drive thru about how the refresher was for my ONE YEAR old son, so give him coconut milk instead of green tea, the coconut milk smelled up to the high heavens!! It was so soured, I even tasted it to make sure my smelling wasn’t off and I gagged so bad.. my toddler loves the refreshers from there so for him to get one with soured milk that I could harm him is unacceptable.. get it together. Check expiration dates. There’s no way the employees didn’t smell that drink because before removing the lid of the cup you could smell it!!!
Drive thru took less than one minute to receive the order and it was hot and fresh. Great coffee and doughnuts. I’ll be back!
Best iced tea anywhere! Just strong enough and order it ½ sweet. Nice and clean to the palate, refreshing any time of year. Get the coffee roll (warmed) when you need a hug ?...so good!
