Worst customer service experience. These are supposed to be 2 Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese “sandwiches”. Charge for large caramel ice coffee and they taste like they put 1/4 of the caramel swirl mix.
It's Dunkin Donuts it has an ok variety of Donuts but if you go in the afternoon you would be hard pressed for them to have much available. At least in my experience.
Excuse the long rant, butI do not believe this is a staffing issue (don't get me wrong I ordered a buttered croissant once and had the butter slapped on the top of the croissant instead of inside. Also, I used to get greeted by a former employee every morning with just a nasty stare until I said something forcing her to acknowledge me), I presume this is more of an owner issue. They had some great managers that we've seen there. The new location manager (I think that's her title) has her moments though. For instance, one time my wife waited on line for 45 minutes in the morning while she managed staff to service walk in, on line orders only for a period of time. When my wife finally got to the window the order was of course wrong so she asked for the manager, complained, and while doing so the location manager shut the window on my wife. That might seem like a staffing issue, however, to me the history says otherwise. The owner has had great staff leave because of issues like this new manager as well as constant low inventory (no biscuits for two weeks, no snackin bacon for even longer) by early afternoon which leaves customers frustrated with the staff. Are the shortage issues an example of penny-wise, pound foolish by the owner or a result of current product shortages everywhere? It seems like it happens at this location more than any other location hands down. My mind is made up.
Hit or miss, sometimes they make everything great sometime the coffee is burnt and gross.It is a really nice, clean, and they are always willing to trmake your coffee it's just annoying if you go through drive through and realize too late.
This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in wake forest the people are nice but very slow with orders the owner is not Understanding at all. I’ve ordered several drinks that was made horrible I’ve spoken to the owner and she’s done nothing as far as reimbursement I recommend falls of neuse Dunkin
The girls at the drive through are beyond rude. They need another type of job. Last visit.
i don’t recommend coming here if you order online and want to get your order quickly because what they do is get a bunch of online orders that they have and do one thing from each which causes all the people from the orders standing waiting for their orders which is very time consuming. i stood here for almost an hour just waiting for my online order and still came out wrong. first they didn’t have plain bagels so i asked for sesame with NO CREAM CHEESE and they still put cream cheese.
I ordered via uber eats and ordered a drink and 10 munchkins. I had to find out through the driver that they were out of not only all the munchkins, but all the donuts in general. Absolutely nothing. They didn’t even try to substitute the munchkins for anything but was willing to give the uber driver a free hot chocolate. I could understand if it was near closing but I ordered it around 5:00pm.
Everyone there was extremely friendly and willing to help with all my questions. I would definitely recommend this sore over Starbucks. If you want quick friendly service this is definitely the place
