my wife ordered over the phone bc she didn't want to use the app. when the food came it was wrong. called back said I ordered online and that's what they have me. I said everything was done over the phone how is that. after having to explain that I'm not crazy and herd her call it in I said can I get my order corrected she said it's been canceled good bye.
I don't understand all the negative reviews. The food is consistently good and the delivery is usually on time. Yes, every now and again it seems the store closes early or delivery isn't available but in my experience those things usually aren't an issue.
There was some miscommunication on where my order was once it left the store. It finally arrived 40+ minutes after it had left the store. I had called and cancelled by then but the order still showed up. Mr. Williams was very apologetic and kind stating they had informed him of us cancelling and that they would give this order for free. I appreciate his kindness upon arrival.
Very efficient for online order and pickup. Delivery and call in orders are a different story. The manager is very kind, but she's trying to make the most of not enough and inexperienced staff. Check your order before you leave... But be patient, seems that they're doing the best they can these days.
I work late in the area and *attempt* to order here quite frequently. More often than not I go without dinner because they either close early with no notice, cancel my order with no notice, or tell me they've stopped taking orders for the night an hour before closing time. I used to run a papa John's. I understand bad nights and no staff. But it's been almost 6 months, and they still have the same issues with no change.
Domino's has really stepped up their game... Not only do they offer the best selection of sauces and items to build your own pizza with, they offer it for the best price around!!! Domino's has great coupons and they even give you a free pizza after you order so many pizzas... Simply Fantastic!!! Thank You Domino's!!!
Make sure you order a day in advance from when you want your pizza. They travel by horse and carriage apparently. Can’t deliver two pizzas within two hours of ordering them. Go to Pizza Hut.
Came in tonight to get a pizza and some Parmesan bites. They were really backed up and only had two people working and still were amazing. I met a guy named cruze thereAnd he was really friendly. It was also a guy on oven who took my order it was really nice. I work in the food business too so I understand how stressful it can be with all the orders. They were polite really nice and helpful. Even with all the giant orders they had ahead of me, They still cut my order out pretty fast. For a store that was understaffed that night, and had a lot of orders they did amazing. I am unfortunately moving away to Winston, but whenever I come visit Wake Forest I will 100% come here.
Currently not taking orders but they close at 10pm. Wow!! Not even a hint as to why just said not taking order. ??♂️✌?
Placed a delivery order. The food was delivered on time and it was hot. Everything was delicious. I was very pleased with their service. You can tell that they take pride in what they do.
