Absolute disaster. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They don't take cash, their card reader rarely works, and the soft serve machines are routinely broken. Also, drive through only; lobby is always closed.I've stopped by 3 times in the last week and only once got food. First time no ice cream (!), second time it was okay but took forever, and this time they only had vanilla ice cream and wouldn't take any bills bigger than a $5 because the card reader was busted.Get it together!!!

Four visits over 4 weeks and all 4 times could not order ice cream. 3 times they said it was the equipment and once their ordering system. I’m not sure if it’s the staff or the ownership. Either way the responsibility falls on the owner. I’ve always loved DQ, but this location makes me never want to go back. If you’re the owner and you read this - please start to show some pride of ownership and make this location great or give the franchise to someone who will before you do more damage to the Dairy Queen name.

We waited 20 minutes in the drive through, then when we got our items we were missing one. We told the lady we needed to order the missing item. She said there policy is you can not order from the window. If we want our missing item we have to get back in the drive thru. Nope.

From my personal experience, I can tell you that Mr. Jackson Robert is one of the best binary options managers I have met in a while. Every visit was an adventure. This time was the last. Waited in line for ten minutes to hear the drive thru loudspeaker squelching about the machines not able to make the ice cream cold enough so I should come back in ten minutes. Went back later and they deny service again because they have too many door dash orders. So, they cater to customers sitting on their lazy butts at home instead of the ones they already lied to. I guess that provides an excuse for selling melted ice cream. This store is a waste of time and I will not be going back.

This particular location has horrible service, the equipment is usually broken down, and they are always running out of hot food. Very poor management.

They are out of many items, one week it was vanilla ice cream this week it is no chocolate ice cream, no med cups, no hot fudge, no coconut…pretty much gave up.

Unprofessional and slow. Line was around the building and they move very slow, the night shift on weekends plays a lot rather than taking orders. Getting to the window they aren’t even sure what you order they are all over the place and forgetting parts of the order. I ordered a cupcake in a cup and it was frozen solid and not even edible this should be told to the customer that it would be that way if that’s how it comes there.

My banana split was awesome and blizzard! What I didn’t like was the girls had to throw out their tea and they hadn’t had time to make more. The parking lot was empty so I wasn’t sure if they just did not feel like making more. Make more tea if you run out.Then being charged extra for nuts “cool” but then having to ask for the nuts. If you’re going to charge me for it make sure you give me what you charge me for.

update: 12/13/21I received an email from DQ about my experience and glad that they’ve reached out meaning, my business is valued.I was offered a refund and while my points couldn’t be returned, I was given a gift card which deserved an extra kudos.I will definitely be back for my fav hot fudge sundae & Oreo blizzard.Thanks WF DQ!!!{original post}I come to this location quite often and have accumulated lots of points. On Saturday, we ordered through the mobile app since it started they close at 10PM, the app didn’t warn they were close like it normally would. I pulled up in the parking at 920PM only to find out they were closed. I reached out online but no response via their customer service. Quite disappointed, I’m hoping the franchise owner would reach out to me directly as result of this review.
