Portions are good. Always a line. But it moves quickly. The tables are often left without a wipe down. Most people do take out. I drive 49 miles for my Chipotle and Good berry's fix
I usually would five star but.... I believe a few employees should strongly be retrained on how much food of each goes in the bowl... I literally got the smallest spoon of rice in my steak bowl and this employee thought it was ok ... Good thing there was other employees and they helped fixed this error. Im saying this because when you walk over to pay and it comes out to 34 dollars for two steak bowls and drinks..... Yeah I need them bowls full of food not half way.
I love this location. Always has great food and portions. But yall need to fix the AC for your employees. It’s is like a sauna in there! They are working so hard and they are moving fast! I don’t know how they have not pasted out.I am not related to anyone or know anyone who works here.
They were out of shredded cheese and black beans two essential ingredients for a burrito. A gentleman who looked to be a manager didn't not show any empathy or apologize for the inconvenience. The young man who was making my burrito was nice and respectful. He seemed to be new. To substitute for the lack of shredded cheese the young man offered queso and I asked him to put it on the side because I was unsure if my husband wanted queso on his burrito. He did as I requested and when it was time for me to check out the cashier asked if I wanted chips with my queso and I advised that I was under the assumption that it was the replacement for not having shredded cheese for my husband's burrito. She did say the substitution was not allowed which I understood I mean it would have been nice for them to at least offer it at 50% off because they were out of shredded cheese but I'll let it go. The gentleman who looked or had the temperament of a manager then poured the queso that was put in a small clear to go ramekin for me back into the silver container of queso on the server line which was unprofessional and not hygienic. There were no smiles on the employees faces at this location they did not seem customer service focused. Its the small things that matter in life like having shredded cheese and beans for your burrito of course! There should always be a back up of cheese! I hope this location addresses these issues and makes corrections for the better.
Whoever was working to go orders at 8:30 om June 7th needs to be promoted with a huge raise. This bowl is the best thing I’ve ever eaten. I’ve never been this emotional about a chipotle bowl. I’m seeing God. Promote them ASAP.
After eating here multiple times, I've finally had to write a review. Rice is always undercooked. Food is lukewarm at best. Going to have to stay away for awhile.
This was the first time I experienced a Chipotle Restaurant. I purchased a bowl, with a mix of chicken and steak. Most of the food was good, but the steak was over cooked and hard, and lacking in flavor. The servers were all friendly and helpful.
This is my daughters favorite restaurant.... and I get to love it as well. I just hope that they give good portionings. Mine was not as full as what I used to get in the past. I don't know if they are cutting food or what not.
The service is good and wuick for carry out. I never stay to eat. In general the food is very good. Sometimes the guacamole is just air to good instead of very good which is why the 4 starts. I only get chicken. Which is always good so can't comment on the other meats.
The food was excellent and service was superb. However, what truly made our experience outstanding was the WATER! I mean to tell you, we had to go back for seconds on that water! Triple filtered to perfection, I am wishing for that water every day at home. Really want to find a way to bring Chipotle water to my own tap. Exceptional...
