I had the best experience ever at store1393 at11380 Capital Blvd., Wake Forest NC on Saturday May21. Our server was Payton. She was absolutely versed in what a server is to be and do! Lots of smiles and desire to make our dining experience the best ever. As a matter a fact all servers I saw were smiling! The pandemic has been harsh on dining out. This was the best environment I’ve experience during this time..Five stars plus!!!! Hats off to management! Good food. Thank
We Love the Chili's in Wake Forest NC!!!We been to others Chili's but Wake Forest one is the Best ?Randy and I go there every week. Most of the time we go on Mondays or Tuesdays.We do remember the waitress "Bree" and made friends with her. We do remember "Joshua" and made friends with him. And now we are friends with "Taylor".I put four stars because in the ladies restroom, the handicap stall door, I can't shut and lock. For a person on a wheelchair, that's horrible. I am in a wheelchair and have to leave the door open. ?Other than that, we will continue to go to Wake Forest NC Chili's.
The Fajitas rice and vegetables I ordered came with a burnt taste. The waitresses were very attentive, and the environment was clean, but overall, it was not a good experience as we received our food burnt. The other order was a pork rib. The size is smaller than what we ate at different restaurants, and unfortunately, it was not well cooked. Rarely cooked pork is dangerous.

It was trouble. I took my mom and my two older sons out for lunch. First it was only one cook, one waiter and one bartender. They tried they really did but the food wasn't hot, soda was watered down and some of our food was over cooked. It was just not a good experience for me being that was my first time out from dealing with the pandemic and this my favorite place. I was a little disappointed.
Haven't been to a chilli's in a long time but they changed something The salsa was not good. It was thick. We had the ribs, they use to hear hit but were real dry. Drinks were good but that was about it.
Had lunch there today and wish I had gotten the name of our server. Excellent service and on time with all our needs . Very nice and pleasant. I think our table was 32. I hope a mgr will see this and acknowledge her
2-23-22Alexis was my family’s server tonight. I had to get her name off the receipt because she never told me her name. Then she was rushing my family to order before I even had a chance to look at the menu. Not only did she talk trash about her tables to the trainee and to the kitchen, she treated her trainee like trash. Her trainee, I believe her name was Cheyenne, took way more care of us than Alexis did. Cheyenne was super attentive. Alexis gave us food that looked like it was dropped on the floor and we asked for no pico or spicy ranch because of allergies and my cousin used to work here and Alexis came over and told my cousin very disrespectfully, “you know what comes on this so you should’ve known”, and rolled her eyes. I asked for the Manager tonight and Natalie was mortified that our server even did that. Natalie is one of the best managers I have encountered in a very long time.
Busy day short staff but they all helped each other out. Waited a little long for the to go order I placed during our meal and server gave me free dessert for the wait. Only Chili’s I go to
I wouldn’t usually give 5 stars to a chili’s restaurant, but after living in Columbus OH, where the quality of this restaurant chain is questionable, me and the family have had more that a handful of good experiences in this chilis location.We have ordered delivery and the food comes with good presentation, tasty and CORRECT.Have done curb pickup and carry out and it’s even better because you skip the wait time of delivery and get the food warm. Again, food has been tasty, packed with care, and CORRECT.Will definitely keep ordering from this Chili’s restaurant.
