One time i forgot to order my tea with the order, and did while in line, and they gave one to me anyways, even tho it wasnt ready. they also treat the kids right, and give them the best nuggets available, taking the top of the fresh ones, instead of serving the bottom colder ones. always fresh hot nuggets. use the APP and order quickly and avoid the long lines.
We come here a lot. My order is about 80% accurate but getting better. They are always fast and friendly. Food is cooked to perfection.

Never have any issues with Chick-fil-A. Per usual my food was hot, ready and good. The staff was nice, fast and friendly!
When this location first opened up at every thing was great… but now the past 3 times iv come my fries have been really soggy and sometimes taste undone. I went through the drive through today and was really nice about my complaint and asked if I could get fresh fries and some that are done! The person who took my order stated that they have gotten this complaint a few times and there’s nothing he can do about it. Really disappointed in that response, and once I did that he seemed very irritated with my and snatched my money out my hand
They rely on people in line letting you into the "express lane". They wouldnt let me in so i had to walk through the pouring rain to scan the QR code and then wait inside while dripping wet to get my "express" order that I placed online.By far thr WORST experience I have had at a chick fil a in my life. They need to remove the option for Express order until they have a dedicated lane for it. Ridiculous.
My food is not always as I want it. There is always something missing. Got a spicy chicken sandwich that was not spicy? Wierd!!And what is going on with the extra.pickles, I always just get 3 pieces of pickles. No extras.
We have had the best time with the Hurricane wins and the free sandwiches at Chic-Fil-A Heritage. We seem to always get Jacob at the drive-thru to scan our phone. He’s kind, funny, patient, and we enjoy seeing him on each visit. We assured him we’d be back as paying customers after Hurricane season!
Chic fil a saved the day again!! (And my finger!) I had dined in with my cousin and when I got back to my car I was getting hand wipes from a new container I bought. As I was pushing the wipe through the top of the lid my finger got stuck. I messed around with it for a few minutes and it was not working..at all. As embarrassing as it was I went in for help as my finger was going numb and turning white and purple. Sam and Patrick immediately stopped what they were doing and helped, they got scissors and some oil from the kitchen and were able to cut my finger out. I don’t think the Emergency dept at the hospital could have done any better than these 2!! Thank you so much to these great employees!!
Ordered through the app before left home and we still had to wait about 10 minutes for our food once we got there. We had to pull in a parking space to wait and others ' ordered through drive thru and got there food before we got ours. Our second not so great experience at this drive thru and we won't be back. The staff was very friendly and apologized but it shouldn't have taken so long especially after ordering beforehand. And....there was hardly nobody in the drive thru.
