I go at least once a week through the drive thru. The service is always so fast. No matter how long the lines are, there is always plenty of staff to make the line go really smoothly. Food is always great!!
Went thru drive-thru Sat afternoon, line moved pretty good, order correct, make sure you request condiments because none were added to the bag like mustard or mayo o/w not bad. They do seem to have a pretty good system worked out.
Expected efficiency but supply shortages reduced available purchases, out of hash browns in this instance. Entire facility is geared around fast and efficient order processing of drive through traffic.
Great food but service indoors is slow. Still catering to drive thru people, even though dining room is open. I think they are hurting a little by having to hire and train new people. Things should improve soon ( be like they were before the pandemic)
This company in general, is one of few that hires quality staff that actually care. And the positive attitude shows. It’s also why their line is always wrapped around the corner. Good job.
Line was long, but flowed well. Fries were salty. I handed the team member two gift cards then my credit card. He didn't mention that one gift card had an issue, but instead put the balance on my credit card. A simple head's up would have been nice. I wasn't given a receipt, so it wasn't until I got home and checked my transaction history that I realized.
Best salads and chicken ever just 4 star because is always very busy
This is the nicest Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to!!! Mainly because it has a roof over the drive thru window. Super efficient drive thru. Haven't been inside but it looks like the inside is now back open to eat in.
