Great place to stop and have lunch. Restaurant was clean and well organized. Eays in and out of the parking lot. Drive through is wide and easy to maneuver in. Restrooms were clean and had ample space to move around if you need it. Staff was friendly and helpful. For those who cannot have sugar in their drinks they have diet fountain drinks and unsweetened tea and they have Splenda as a sweetener if you need it.
I am so disappointed with this location. My husband ordered my daughter, my son, and himself food and made it all the way home around 8:50. We did not get even half of our order so I called the location and the girl that I spoke to said they are closing in 2 minutes and she would help us tomorrow. We paid for food we never received and had very rude customer service for a mistake that was not even ours. We will not be eating here again. Very disappointing.
Always yummy, ALL the time. Top 5 on my burger list all time! You can get a Hambugersteak 1/2 or the smaller one. The fries are always nice & hot & crunchy. Hot Dogs, delish MilkShakes, Soft drinks, pies available too! Can't go wrong for lunch, dinner or a snack. Several locations throughout Raleigh, including Wake Forest. A family fav!
Horrible experience. When we get to the register they tell us the card reader is down, cash only luckily we had cash. They take our order and we sit down. After they call 3 people who walked in before us my husband goes to check. We are told the computer lost it, we re-order our food. We finally get it and on my second bite I realize my hamburger is wrong, no ketchup ( I can fix that) but no bacon. I walk up snd all the employees are standing around with their backs to me. I say excuse me, nothing. A little louder excuse me... lady ( manager who took our order the 2nd time) walks up and I slide the open burger across and I said "it's not right". As I slid the paper the burger slid on the paper, not even enough to slide off the paper. She asks how I paid and tells the kid at the register, give her her money back. No mention of fixing my food. I said fine, just give me my money back, and she yells at me " you didn't have to throwitat me" ! ??? I didn't. So I said, just keep it and sat back down with my husband. 5 minutes later the young man came out, handed me a bag and some money and says "we made it right,but you can throw it away if you want". Guess what, it was still wrong, I checked and threw it out. This was my first and last visit.
This place is managedvery well and always consistent the staff is always fast and friendly. This is my go to burger joint for sure..Glad to have them close to my house

Not a fan of their steak burgers but the others are pretty dang good. No frills at all though and the price would make you think otherwise. Fries are mediocre at best. I'm glad they finally added chicken fingers for my picky 4 year old but they are mediocre as well.tldr: Pretty good but too pricey. Don't get the steak burgers.
Visited this location today (I usually go to the one on Atlantic Avenue in Raleigh) and the young lady taking order at the drive thru register around 1:39 needs to fix her attitude. One thing I learned about working in customer service and otp is that you can detect a smile on any individuals voice or attitude. Then when I asked her to read my order back to tried to get smart stating that well if you look at the screen because some people get confused. No I read clearly what the screen stated I just wanted to make sure she didn’t ring anything else up on my order. The lady actually handing the food out was really nice so that’s why they got at least a 3 star rating (I changed it while in line) and the food was good.
Our first time ever eating here and the food was great!! Really good burger, fries delicious, soda was good not flat. I really enjoyed all the 50’s and 60’s music playing!! My only complaint is the dining area needs to be deep cleaned and soda station needs cleaning- if it were clean I would’ve given five stars!!
Friendly staff and great food but the prices are a bit steep for a burger joint. Hey, you what you pay for though! The half-pound all the way, minus cole slaw and chili is my favorite. It's everything the Whopper wishes it could be ?
