It would have been nice to have the dining room open. Doors were locked. Had to go thru drive thru. Guess they were short on help.
Food was hot and good, the customer service is awesome and Safia is Great!
I arrived at Burger King at approximately 9:45 AM. I ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant which, the lady informed me that they were now serving dinner. What ? I ask her what time do you start serving breakfast? Her reply was when we open. I am there over an hour earlier than when breakfast places begin their lunch around 11 AM. I have tried to get breakfast and on occasions have been successful, but too many unsuccessful visits for my orders. I will be hard pressed to go to this location again. Your manager or general manager needs to step up and serve meals at the hours that they show, not beginning around 9 AM. It shows your breakfast hours are from 6 AM until 11 AM. These sorts of business transactions lead to no transactions for your store. You are supposed to make it convenient for your customers, not for you. Needless to say, I got no apologies and I drove off. The only reason you get one star is because I was unable to find a no stars label.
Showed up at 6:15am at the Burger King drive thru in Wake Forest Gateway Commons to get morning breakfast before going to work for 7am. Place was closed. Not 1 car in parking lot. Why state on signs and Google you open at 6 am and don't. Not a good buisness practice. A buisness that opens at 6am should have staff at location by 5:30am the latest. I ended up going to McDonald's.
Male cashier was very friendly at the window. But was drinking milkshake in front of the customer he did not wash his hands afterward . The sandwich was dry like There was no mayo .
I tried to give this place another chance....the staff is completely unprofessional . Took my family to dinner here our bill was over 60 dollars. Our food looked like it was a bunch of slop.I didn't order sloppy Joes! My burger looked like it was dropped on the floor. It had black and white dust on back of bun. Tomatoes looked like they were thrown into a mop bucket. Very soggy weird color and fell apart like they were old stewed tomatoes. So disappointed. Never again!!!

Burger King, 923 Gateway Commons Wake Forest.. Tonight (6:05pm on receipt) i went through the drive through, I ordered a #1 Whopper Combo with a coke. She said it would be $9.73 at the window. I thanked her, pulled up to the window, she opens the door and says that will be $24.90!! I’m like I just ordered a #1 Whopper combo with a coke. How can it be $24.90? So the closes the door, stands there looking around laughing!! Then she walks over to what I am assuming was a manager, says something to “assumed”manager. The “assumed”manager comes pushing her way to the window, opens door says to me: “ MA’AM THIS ISN’T McDONALDS!!!!!!! In THAT TONE. Walks away, they all start laughing!!! Then the original person at the window comes back, opens the door says that will be $9.73 and proceeds to say “that was with a coke right”!!! She takes my card, hands me my drink, then my bag. I tell her Thank You Again. All she did was continue to laugh!!! So BURGER KING if your employees are going to be rude and make fun of people; Maybe YOU SHOULD TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES how to be RESPECTFUL to YOUR Customers. After reading the other responses it seems to be a pattern with your employees. This behavior is totally uncalled for.
Girls at drive thru window were incredibly rude. It was very confusing at the drive-thru one lane looked halfway blocked off but the other lane had a big white sign in it front of it and it looked like it said out of order. I was on 3 hours of sleep from a screaming newborn all night. I drove around 2 times when I first pulled in saw out of order sign. The wind had apparently blown down one of the things blocking the other lane - I didn't know. A girl came out yelling at me that was the wrong lane. I tried explaining that the other one had a sign saying out of order and she yelled at me and said no it says out of Dr pepper. So I drove up to the drive-thru window since there was no one else in the lane and asked if I could just place my order there. And she said no. Chick-fil-A does, McDonald's does, char-grill does. I guess Burger King is just not my restaurant since it doesn't have any level of service. I left since Burger King doesn't care about its customers at all. Thanks for making a new mom who barely slept cry all the way home since she hadn't eaten in 17 hours.

SO BURGER KING at GATEWAY COMMONS in Wake Forest, if your employees are going to be rude and make fun of people in the drive through, maybe you should TRAIN your EMPLOYEES to at least walk away where no one can see them making fun of other people. I have never written anything bad about a Company, but this was totally uncalled for I don’t care who you are!
