Place was really clean and not busy at all. We sat down and ate and was the only party there. Food was made fresh and pretty good. Overall a good experience and will be going again
Well, first of all the staff. Rude. I was walked by several times by the staff and finally had to yell out I'm ready to order. Next, when it came to the whopper original price deal. They said they weren't going to do it and that they couldn't. Yet another customer came in and suddenly they had the capability to honor the offer. Give me a break. This used to be a great place. Seriously last time i come to this one.
I had one issue only this visit. I ordered 2 cheeseburger meal and I watched the person making them pull the beef patties out of a pan located above the grill. They weren't cooked fresh and were warm at best when I ate them. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is they were very busy and also filled everyone's orders very quickly. The staff was professional and working hard. I don't know if pre cooking the hamburger patties is something new for Burger King but I always enjoyed the fresh grilled taste that was missing today. I know there is a labor shortage and appreciate these workers for choosing to work and work well instead of staying home.
Went for the Italian original sandwich, big mistake the mozzarella on the sandwich was hard, crunchy, and absolutely tasted horrible.
Went to drive thru 10 minutes before close. Day there for 5 minutes and no response. Drove around and employee said they were closed, 5 minutes before closing time. Lazy
Unprofessionalism to the max tonight. Multiple customers were waiting at the drive through and worker snaps at customers for asking hello, since telling customers to bare with them or to give them a second to take their order wasn’t reciprocated. Then proceeded to complain that customers should know to wait at the mic unless spoken to because obviously they’re helping others. As customers we understand that your helping others but to have the other customers wait minutes without a single word being said is disrespectful. Keep your complaints to yourself. It’s just a common curtesy matter. Thank you.
Only reason I'm leaving one star is because I can't leave 0...we went to burger king tonight to have terrible customer service, the woman in the drive thru didn't even speak to us and we got home to find out our jalapeno poppers were hard and had no cheese and our order was wrong. This is not the first time they got our order wrong at this location. Would not recommend eating here.
I used to go to Burger King a lot at the Walmart Here in Wake Forest but since that closed down I have to come here but the service is always nice and the food is always hot and delicious.
I went in on Saturday 7/3 and ordered chicken fries and got to the car i noticed hair in my food. When I went back in to speak to cashier and met PATTY. Patty was rude and condescending telling me that there was no hair in my food but I tried to show her. She finally gave me my money back but not until we had to have words back and forth. She would not even tell me who her manager was. Then there was a man in the corner who wanted me to be quiet because I was defending myself. DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING!
Service was good, chicken fries were a bit cold.
