You can never go wrong with Bojangles if you live in the South. The food there is so good and affordable for fast food. I got the 4 piece Supreme with a boberry biscuit for $8 in all. Great food
This Bojangles has become such trash. Not at all what it used to be. Constantly out of food, and not random things on the menu but things like chicken and sweet tea… at bojangles. They’ve been out of chicken, macaroni, sweet tea and boberry biscuits at various times over the last few visits there. And to top it all off the service is just terrible. Not only does it take forever every single time we try to eat there, but we’ve learned not to drive off without checking to make sure our order is right and we have everything we asked for. Really disappointing because this used to be such a friendly, reliable place.
This location gets worse everytime I go, so I'm finally learning my lesson and going to a different place. It's bad enough that the wait at the drive thru is exorbitant, but they're also constantly out of things, messing up orders, and frankly they don't even acknowledge you at the window. Just take your card, shove the bag at you and slam the window shut. It's a shame bc when they first opened the service and the food was so much better.
It seems like no one knows how to take orders thru the drive thru. This is my local bojangles, and I swear they mess up my orders everytime. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. Even when it slow like today at 1pm, still messed up my order that we didn't know until we got home. (Left out an entire 4pc Supreme dinner) No they aren't short staffed either...
Kid behind the counter was extra nice on the Saturday afternoon we went. The food was especially good because we had just spent 3 hours at Verizon Store trying to get phones.
I am a Bojangles aficionado. This is by far the worst Bojangles that I have ever been to...By far. And I’ve frequented this place over 20 different times... due to convenience & my deep love for Bojangles. They are consistently terrible. A stain on Bojangles name. Management can reach out to me if you want the details.
Friendly staff, maybe could be a little friendlier but I understand times right now are not the best. Food is good and wait times have improved dramatically.
Visited their location today on the morning it snowed outside. We arrived surprised they were open and staffed as everything else was closed due to the weather. The manager Yance (I may be misspelling his name) was awesome!! Super cool and professional fulfilling our order! Service was quick and gave us extra plates and napkins to go. Excellent!!
They didn't give us any of the dips we asked for, no straws, I got 3 tenders for my 4 piece supreme, our salad was all spinach, literally no lettuce. They weren't even busy.
Slowest darn place around! Now dining room is closed and drive through is only option. $15/hr wages? To work that slow and still serve subpar food? And make everyone late for work in the process? Where do I sign up?! Manager needs to do his job!
