This place has (I would argue) the best coffee ever. Specifically pour overs and normal drip coffee. It’s consistently the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for beans, drip coffee, or plain espresso. 5/5Unfortunately, with the exception of 2 or 3 baristas, they also have some of the most unwelcoming staff (wake forest specifically). Regularly, I walk in and am only greeted with a blank stare of someone leaning on the counter. No “hello” or “how can i help you,” just a blank stare. If the coffee wasn’t as good as it is, I wouldn’t go. But it is, and I will. Hopefully in the near future the owners will cultivate a more balanced emphasis on caring for the coffee and caring for the people buying it. 2/5
My iced oat milk vanilla latte was delicious! Barista was super friendly and gave my daughter a cute little cup for her to sip water from. Love!
Delicious coffee, I very much enjoyed the vanilla latte with syrup made in house. The staff is very friendly and nice to deal with. Would love to see a bigger selection of bakery items…

I go here every so often as a treat with my fiancé. We absolutely love their coffee! Our favorite thing to get is a cappuccino but their oat milk lattes are really good and creamy. They offer a wide variety of fresh beans to purchase, have merchandise, and a cooler of other beverages. Can’t wait to go back soon!
I'm extremely impressed with this company! Customer service is rare this day and age but this crew is excellent! It's no wonder that I was referred here by some really big coffee pros!
A local shop here in Pensacola called The Nest General Store uses Black and White. Sometimes I buy the bagged coffee that they have on hand and at other times I order it directly online. Always special and unique; always fantastic!
So let me start by saying that some of the best coffees of my life come from this roaster. The quality is not in question. My reason for not giving a 5 star review is my experience with the subscription.I had signed up to get a 12 oz bag every 4 weeks... Things were great until I got the same bag 2 times in a row... The response from them was just basically that the bag I'd get in 4 weeks would be different ?I was able to give them a pass for that... I recently switched to the single origin version of the subscription and got blends 2 times in a row! I thought surely it was just a mistake the first time , but after the second time I just had to cancel the subscription.I'm sure I'm just petty... Maybe I should have just reached out... But after the response on the first error, I just didn't get the feeling that they cared enough.Proceed with caution on the subscription.
I’ve been lucky to be given a bag or two of Black and White Coffee Roasters for every holiday the last two years. My daughter loves the panda stickers and colorful labels.The coffee is always exceptional and incredibly fair priced. I work as a coffee roaster in MI, and am so happy my family found this awesome company. Their customer service has been incredible when my family purchases, and coffee is always fresh when it’s delivered.
Cozy little coffee shop off the beaten path. Nice selection of drip or pressed pot. Good espresso too. Tasty munchies if you need a bite.Indoor and outdoor seating, cool spot.
