Warning: This location will probably be closed when you get there, despite their posted hours.I have tried to eat here six times in as many months and they haven't been open once. It's currently 6pm on the Saturday before Memorial Day and they closed at 5pm. (At least they put a sign up this time.) Their online hours still claim they're open till 11pm.If you're going to close, at least let people know.---It's not even 8:00 p.m. and you're closed. Your door says you're open till 10:00. Google says you're open till 11:00, which I've corrected several times before and you keep changing it back despite the fact that you keep closing even earlier than your door says. Fix your hours. Be open when you say you're going to be open.

So I try to keep giving this location multiple chances to get their act together. If I am able to go on a day that the dining room is actually vopen there is always something wrong. Sometimes it’s rude/non caring cashiers, food is wrong or cold or drink machines not working, etc. I REALLY want to enjoy my lunches at arbys but I usually feel cheated and not worth my time or money. I will have to find other options for my lunch in the future.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Service was terrible, wrong drinks, lights weren’t on so didn’t know if they were open, food was cold. On top of all that food was cooked in old grease. Was not served what I ordered and closed early and unwelcoming overall terrible experience.

Not sure about the accuracy of the posted hours of operation. It is currently 10:25am and neither the lobby nor the drive thru are open yet. Somebody clearly messed up something.

It's been over 2 years since the pandemic shutdown NC. I came back to Arby's around the evening for the first time in the lobby with a rude awakening welcome by an aggressive shift manger telling me the lobby's closed. The pandemic has probably wiped out everything, & one of them happens to be common courtesy. I don't believe I'll ever go back there. Not worth the time & money.

Wife just picked up dinner, order the French dip and no au ju. What's the point of even selling this combo without it. Happened a few months back at this same location and was told the cashier was told to tell us they didn't have it. Was an hour from closing so that was their excuse. Clearly y'all need training. Ambition is lacking, y'all got 3 hours left in the day so what's the problem today?

Arbys obviously all around bad company, 3/4 stores in this area were closed without updating their times anywhere for the public to know, then I call this one they are open and I get there to find out they are out of beef. The only reason I wanted arbys was for the roast beef sandwiches and the one store that happens to actually be open doesn't even have that.

The food was great as usuall , but the lady taking the order was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in a food service scenario. I asked a question about Apple Pay, there was a sigh, then followed by a stern and blunt yes- Cut me off during my order, I got to the window and told her I also wanted a drink, she said fine then motioned her hand to give her the payment- the drink was free because she obviously had something more important to do. Not offended on the slightest , but being a business owner myself, people like this will kill your business-

Drive-through person was extremely rude did not greet me only said "what do you want" . I was halfway through my order she cut me off tried to give me a total before I'd even finished. My roast beef and fish sandwich were cold the buns were hard and my curly fries looked like they had been fried about three times. I've never been so disappointed in Arby's in my whole life.

Disappointed again.Failed to get my entire order and had something I am not sure that I did order.Of what I did get was sloppy and small compared to what I have had in the past.It will be a while before returning to this location.This used to be the better location in the Raleigh area, I would recommend passing this up now for a choice of many other restaurants close by that pay a bitore attention to their products and customers.
