Terrible experience! Would suggest getting rid of Makayla and get some one who actually pretends to care. Instead of being rude and insulting guests who are far more accomplished in life than her and refuse to snoop down to her level. Not impressed with the soggy fries nor the tea that tasted like cleaning products. And when we asked for a new tea she made a scene like her world has ended and began to insult my wife. I know it’s hard to find help but help that costs you business and warrants bad reviews isn’t worth it.
WARNING: I went through the drive through today and when I took a sip of my drink it had a strong chemical taste to it and my throat felt weird. I went inside just to let them know so no one else would drink the tea. The cashier was nice but the drive thru workers told her “She look like a chemical… there ain’t nothin wrong with her drink”Meaning… they are going to continue serving until the container is empty. I wasn’t going to say anything but when they acted like that I did not want someone to get hurt from ingesting something.Thanks Rontisha for being kind and helping me even when your coworkers gave you a hard time about it.
The food was good, the service ok. Cashier was new but doing well. The lobby was messy, over full trash cans, dirty tables.

Consistent. Amazing chicken and they have a pretty good selection for those who like it spicier than the average person. Get the Kickin’ Chick’n Sandwich and upgrade to Nuclear sauce if you like a little more heat.
Hey Shannon if you don’t want to do your job the correct way you should just stay home I called 4 times to let them know how badly my order was prepared and she couldn’t even find a second to have a little compassion for the customer she hung up everytime
Chicken tasted like cardboard. Like it was reheated. Its not like it use to be like tbey changed the breading or went with a cheaper already breaded frozen tender.
25 minutes in the drive thru, not even during the lunch rush or dinner rush periods. Staff didn't seem concerned of the wait or apologize for the inconvenience.
The salads are smaller with take out. They don't ask what kind of dressing you may want -if you forget to tell them, you are eating your salad dry.
There consistent I like their french fries tea okay too
